चट्टान की खोज 2 अगस्त 1986 को अमेरिकी खगोलशास्त्री एलेनोर हेलिन द्वारा की गई थी। पहली बार इसे कैलिफ़ोर्निया के पालोमार वेधशाला में दूरबीनों से देखा गया था।
इसके अलावा 2415 गणेश, 2211 हनुमान, 78118 भारत नामक अन्य क्षुद्रग्रह हैं।

The Union Cabinet has approved the Pradhan Mantri Viksit Gram Swaraj Yojana, with an outlay of ₹7,395.55 crore, to strengthen grassroots governance and empower Gram Panchayats.
The real measure of success will be better local planning, transparent governance, improved services, and meaningful opportunities for rural communities.
Strong villages. Empowered citizens. A stronger Bharat. 🇮🇳
