In honour of #StPatricksDay here's our twist on the Gin Basil Smash.
1. Muddle 12 basil leaves in a cocktail shaker
2. Add ice, 50ml Bombay Sapphire, 30ml lemon juice & 20ml simple sugar syrup
3. Shake and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass
4. Garnish with basil leaves
