Did you know that the STAR Board has it’s own transfer window?
Most years we sadly have to say goodbye to some of our board members, and this year is no exception. This year we have a number of vacancies. If you want to give us some of your free time to help other #readingfc fans then please have a look!
We have particular need for people who are able to help in any of the following areas:
Social Media
Engaging with the local football community and able to attend events
Availability during weekdays to attend meetings with club and other organisations.
You need to be able to attend a board meeting every second Thursday of the month from 19:30-21:30. We would like you to be the sort of fan that is able to attend most home games.
If you’re interested in joining before the window slams shut at 8pm on Friday 31st July, head to star-reading.org/put-yoursel…

Football is broken. But it can be fixed.
Fair Game’s new report sets out a four-pot solution.
@GoldbergRadio @MeVu Tom Watt Anjana Gadgil & Mark Thomas explain
The £3.2bn broadcast deal must work for the whole pyramid, not just the few.

Go on, eat somewhere you haven’t been in ages. Give them a big hello, order the pie, get a bottle, tip generously. Restaurants and pubs are in trouble and they need you. I’m taking my boy for a fry-up after football - they all count.

Brilliant! The @RFCCommunity are the behind the scenes champions of Reading FC. They work tirelessly to support the local community. It will be a good day to celebrate all their achievements #readingfc
This Saturday's match will see @RFCCommunity and the club celebrate all the positive work undertaken in the local area through the Trust.
Today, we cast a spotlight on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, as we take a step back to October, when we visited the Trust's Cerebral Palsy football session.

Nice to add positive comments to a story about #readingfc for a change. All good things take time but we are hopefully on the up!
I wanted to report on Reading now the dark days have gone, and see how a fanbase copes with life being normal again.
