Όπως αποκάλυψε το @euractiv_gr και μου επιβεβαίωσε η #Κομισιόν πριν λίγο, αυτό δεν ισχύει και είναι πρόβλημα διαχείρισης των Ελληνικών Αρχών. Είτε θέλουν να δείξουν ότι όλοι είναι ένοχοι, για να καλύψουν τις κλεψιές τους, είτε το σύστημα δεν λειτουργεί μετά την κατάργηση του ΟΠΕΚΕΠΕ και τη μεταφορά των αρμοδιοτήτων στην #ΑΑΔΕ. Ό,τι κι αν ισχύει, στερεί χρήματα και πολύτιμους πόρους απ' την περιφέρεια και χιλιάδες έντιμες αγροτικές οικογένειες που τα 'χουν ανάγκη. Κι αυτό από μόνο του είναι ένα ακόμη σκάνδαλο.
