I don't mind $MSTR swapping common shares for BTC even if it is not accretive.
Saylor is removing BTC from the hands of paper-handed plebs who don't understand the asset.
That's always a good thing.

It’s time for common sense measures to make life more affordable for our seniors, service industry workers and those who pull extra shifts to support their families.
I’m the only candidate in this race for governor who has fought for and committed to eliminating the social security tax for all seniors, and ending tax on tips and overtime.

For the last decade, I’ve given myself to the country.
I’ve traveled to 40+ states, spent more time with your families than my own, & literally worked myself to the bone.
I don’t ask for anything from you, but I’m asking now:
Will you do me the honor of voting straight-ticket Republican tomorrow?
Will you answer my call to action?

This race is between Peggy Flanagan and me.
And only one of us let $9 billion fly out the door.
I’m an outsider, and I’ve never held political office.
When I get to Washington, I intend to right the wrongs that Peggy Flanagan and Tim Walz have done to our state.

What's happening now in the stock market is more than just a "correction in tech stocks."
Sure, AI CapEx concerns are legitimate and investors will always care about profitability.
But, there's more beneath the surface here.
The reality is that the market is pricing-in a major shift in the political landscape of the US.
Over the last 12 months, market expectations for a Democrat "sweep" of the US Midterm elections have tripled.
Over the last 45 days alone, these expectations are up +30 percentage points.
As it stands, markets themselves now see a near-80% chance of a Democrat "sweep" of the US Midterm elections.
President Trump has already vowed to become "Mr. Veto" if this in fact does happen.
This is post is not political, it's objective. A change in the political landscape always comes with uncertainty; markets hate uncertainty.
Objectively, the market is in the process of pricing-in two years of political gridlock.
Could this change? Of course. But markets price-in the most probable outcome, and the odds now overwhelmingly favor the aforementioned scenario.
Tomorrow sets the stage for the next two years.

With @POTUS and @FLOTUS leading the way, we’re putting women’s health at the center of our agenda—and tackling barriers to hormone replacement therapy.
TrumpRx.gov gives women transparent, discounted prices on select hormone therapies so they can compare their options.
Women deserve more than promises. They deserve access to the care they need at prices they can afford.

Democrats keep promising that government-run health care will save Minnesotans money, but the state's own report on what it would actually cost is more than nine months overdue.
How much would taxes increase? What happens to private insurance? And what would this mean for rural hospitals already struggling to stay open? These are pretty important questions to answer before overhauling Minnesota's entire health care system.
Release the report.

Election Day is tomorrow. The Department of Justice expects all federal election laws to be followed. If you have a tip on illegal conduct—including but not limited to noncitizens voting, double voting, and ballot-box stuffing—contact the FBI: 1-800-Call-FBI or tips.fbi.gov
Violators will be found and prosecuted.
It’s just to stack sats. We at MSTR believe bitcoin go up. We have no problem selling today at a loss for tomorrow’s gain.
The reason is we believe bitcoin wont be this price for much longer. Might as well convert the shares to bitcoin now. Can always print more shares. Can’t print more bitcoin.
I am genuinely curious to understand the rationale behind issuing $MSTR common equity at such low mNAV levels to fund these small $BTC purchases.
Maybe it’s to signal to the market Strategy intends to be perpetual buyers.
Maybe it’s something else.
Whatever the rational, there is obviously a reason.
As per an article I wrote a while back which I’ll link to in the replies:
“Bitcoin has an absolute fixed supply and so theoretically, the maximum amount of Bitcoin Strategy can own is 21M BTC.
Therefore, for all intents and purposes, Strategy only gets one chance to generate Bitcoin Yield with every Bitcoin that it purchases.
That means that it is critical to maximise the Bitcoin Yield generated with every Bitcoin purchase.
Every Bitcoin purchased below maximum accretion levels is an effectively permanently sub-optimal allocation of capital.”
Fortunately, the purchases are relatively small, so the impact is limited.
Either way, some clarity would be welcome.
