Hello @lufthansa how can you cancel my flight without any prior information ? Spoke to customer representative, the clarification I received was that i should talk to travel agency from where i did my bookings. This is pathetic.
@lufthansa i spoke to travel agency @makemytrip as well. They have no clue what has happened. I have to book another very expensive flight because of poor customer service.
