Recently bought another belt kit (buckle and strap) from @Hermes_Paris. Liked the buckle, didn't like the strap color. Processed the return for the strap, sent it back, got a confirmation email. Today they emailed me and said they can't process the return without the buckle.
Oh, they said they need the orange (carfboard) box back to process the return too! So disappointing. @Hermes_Paris has lost me as a customer.

Seems like the wrong conversation. We have unprecedented dominance, hideous cars (thanks halo), boring engines. Whatever you call it, it ain't F1 anymore. Expect the fanbase will continue to erode.
