Futsal helped Max Kilman reach the Premier League so why is the FA slashing funding and scrapping the England team?

Futsal teaches different skills & forms a core part of Club academy programmes so this cut, especially to the women's game, feels a bit short sighted. I hope it is reconsidered. The petition link can be found here: change.org/p/oliver-dowden-s… #FutsalForAll

My twitter feed this morning is full of concern about cuts to Futsal. I'm a mere backbencher & the wrong person to tag but it's sad to see FA cut funds to a part of the game that other countries use to develop talent. In my view Futsal should probably be funded more not less! 1/2

Replying to @HKane
@HKane I’ve tried to contact you privately, but I’ve no idea if this letter has reached you yet, and I’m running out of time. I’m hoping the power of @Twitter can unite us as England captains. @FA @England #FutsalForAll

Cutting futsal funding could set Gareth Southgate’s team back 20 years, says #England star Doug Reed to ⁦@henrywinter⁩ ⁦@DougReedFutsal⁩ and worked together on Futsal in India. There's no one more knowledgeable. Well worth a read.... thetimes.co.uk/article/cutti…
