“(He) recognizes that his actions were dangerous and inappropriate, and he’s committed to learning from his mistakes,” Tran said. “He really just wants to reconnect with his family and continue the process of healing from this trauma.”
HE CAUSED THE TRAUMA!
This is why the criminal justice system is dysfunctional AF. This is a statement from the suspect's (shooter) public offender (yes, I put that there on purpose).

Check out my latest podcast. It’s my third one, but my first interview, and you’ll be surprised when you see it.

This is the type of interview you won't see on legacy media. This is rated "R" so don't let your children see it. But, you'll hear what's really going on and what I think.
Myself and Huck sat down with our local sheriff @SaveOurSheriff to ask one simple question, Why is the state doing everything it can, even breaking and changing laws just to get this one sheriff removed from office and his position NEVER able to be voted on ever again?
Today we aim to get these answers. If this interests you then sit down and watch our interview with the Pierce county Sheriff Keith Swank!

This morning during my Bible study (yes, I'm a Christian and a member of a hate organization that believes there are only two genders) I was reading in 1 Samuel, 2 Samuel, 1 Kings, and 2 Kings how the people wanted, and insisted on having a king.
They were even warned about all the bad things that would happen with a king such as: the king will take 10% of your money (don't you wish that was all), 10% of your crops, your sons for wars, your daughters for himself...
Still, the people wanted a king. So, they got one. It wasn't too long until they regretted they had a king. Life got tough quickly.
Don't be like them. No kings. reject53.org

This makes me laugh. Pro-illegal alien groups do whatever they can to obstruct ICE from arresting illegal aliens, but ICE is still arresting illegals by using vehicle information, not ALPR cameras.
Imagine the good work ICE could do in making our communities safer, if they had access to ALPR cameras.

Below is the electronic letter I received from the CJTC today. I was unable to attach the letter because of the format (and because I am not tech savvy). So, I copied the text and printed it. You aren't missing anything except the emblem.
I have 18 or so complaints lodged against me with the CJTC, and I don't know how many are lodged against me with my IA section. IA is not investigating me because no one has high enough rank to order me to give an involuntary statement. Also, I am not an employee.
All these complaints are regarding my speech. People don't like what I say, so they file a complaint. I haven't used force on anyone; I haven't written a false report; I haven't broken any laws; I have only worked the mean streets of Pierce County once for 4 hours for a video. I haven't even arrested anyone since 2005.
But I said, transgender women are men, I said things that are not politically correct, and worst of all, I didn't apologize.
This is politically motivated because they know Pierce County is going to reject53.org. And they think if they de-certify me, I will no longer be sheriff. Did I tell you that by law, only the sheriff can commission deputies (commission is different than certification. CJTC can not commission anyone)?
The truth is, a person does not need to be a commissioned law enforcement officer to be sheriff, nor should it be that way. The sheriff is the leader of the agency. The Pierce County sheriff doesn't handle 911 calls. There are lots of other things happening in a county of one million people and 700+ employees.
Whether you like me or not, this lawfare should alarm you. The CJTC has moved me to the head of the line to review de-certifying me. Everyone else is being investigated in chronological order.
Sue Rahr changed the CJTC motto to "Guardians of Democracy" when she took over, and then she began to weaponize it. The motto is designed to refute that our country is a republic, and also to use the word democracy (Democrat). It's all planned and all designed.
The interim director said at a recent graduation that Senator Lovick (the sponsor of SB 5974) was his mentor.
I hope you are tracking all this. I'm standing in the breach for all freedom loving Pierce County citizens.
Now, vote like your safety and freedom depend on it because they do.

UNDER REVIEW
The WSCJTC is committed to enhancing peace officer and corrections officer accountability as well as public trust and confidence in the criminal justice system. All complaints and agency reports alleging law enforcement officer misconduct are thoroughly reviewed. You will receive a written determination once our review of this matter has been completed.
Pursuant to the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 43.101.105 a certified officer may surrender their certification. For more information and instructions, you can find Form 105 – Voluntary Surrender of Certification on the WSCJTC website and at the following link: cjtc-1905-voluntary-surrender-certification.pdf (wa.gov).
