I am so sorry for the scare today. We don’t take this lightly and know how critical it is to have your event + attendance data available.
This was an unexpected infrastructure failure w/ our web servers & we are still auditing the situation to prevent this from happening again.
Sched was down from approx. 7p-11:20p EST today, Oct 24. No data was lost & service is 100% back to normal.
We’re aware that Sched is down for some folks. We’re investigating this and working to get Sched back online ASAP.
