Abdul El-Sayed blames Israel for the price of your eggs and bananas, even though he knows that higher grocery prices are only due to supply, energy and inflation factors. Shame on anyone voting for a candidate who uses Antisemitic talking points to win an election.

I guess this means the NFL should hand the Super Bowl to the Bears and Case Keenum is an MVP candidate? As a Bears fan I demand this! See how stupid this sounds when it's not CC?
Monday Night Football viewership was nearly cut in HALF from Week 3 to Week 4 😳 (via @ESPN)

Black people’s idea of racism is redlining, lynchings, police brutality White peoples idea of racism is their favorite white WNBA player not winning an MVP award she didn’t deserve.

None of this refutes what I said. She gets her stats against bad teams then sucks against good ones (a bum slayer). Then you confirmed she's a Trae Young comp (but a lot worse on turnovers). She is objectively not a top-5 player.
Yall are delusional man, nobody takes you seriously 😂 Caitlin Clark finished the season Averaging 22.3 PTS (3rd in the WNBA) - 8.3 AST (2nd in the WNBA) - 4 Rebounds and over 1 steal per game. She is the first play EVER to be top 3 in both scoring AND assist 🤣 Led the no1 offense IN WNBA HISTORY ! She is in the running for MVP, 1st team was not even a question.

I'm done with the league and media promoting this bum-slaying garbage-time MVP. She's has never been MVP nor All-WNBA material. She feasts on bottom teams and becomes a boat anchor when the lights get bright. Currently has 15 pts on 18 shots. Shot chucking trash.

CC is on my team and I want her to do well, but I cannot figure out how you can't scratch your head at some of her decision making some times. Passes up an open shot to drive directly into 3 defenders and turns the ball over.

This is a reoccurring theme with her in the clutch. Stop telling me she's in the MVP conversation. She's not.

The reason they need to ban trans athletes is so they can keep their scapegoat. If trans athletes continue to play, we'd get more data showing the narrative around them is nothing but lies.
New study finds no clear physical advantage for transgender women over cisgender women in sports. A major review challenges the claim that transgender women hold a clear physical edge in women’s sports. After pooling results from 52 studies and thousands of participants, researchers in Brazil reported that transgender women had greater lean mass than cisgender women, but not greater physical capacity. Across the data they examined, they found no meaningful differences in upper-body strength, lower-body strength, or aerobic fitness between the two groups after hormone therapy. That does not settle the political fight. It does, however, narrow the scientific one. The paper, published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine, reviewed research on body composition and physical fitness in transgender people receiving gender-affirming hormone therapy. In their analysis, they covered 6,099 individuals overall. This included 2,566 transgender women, 2,646 transgender men, 442 cisgender women and 445 cisgender men. Forty-two studies were included in the meta-analysis. Transgender women, the central result was striking in its contrast. Lean mass remained higher than in cisgender women, yet the performance measures most often cited in sports arguments did not show an advantage. “This refutes the logic behind blanket bans on transgender women in sports,” said Bruno Gualano, a physician and researcher at the University of São Paulo in Brazil who co-authored the study. “Most of these policies are based on the assumption that transgender women retain inherent physical advantages and would therefore dominate women’s competitions. The data does not support this idea.” The review found that transgender women had higher absolute lean mass than cisgender women, but similar relative lean mass. It found no significant differences in upper-body strength, lower-body strength, or maximum oxygen consumption, a standard measure of cardiorespiratory fitness. The authors also looked at how hormone therapy changed the body over time. In transgender women, one year of therapy was associated with increased fat mass, reduced lean mass, and lower upper-body strength. Over one to three years, the pattern pointed in the same direction, though not every measure could be tracked across every time span. The paper argues that this matters because sports rules often treat muscle mass as a stand-in for performance. The new review suggests that assumption may be too simple. thebrighterside.news/post/ne…

All this safe space talk is BS. Those court side fans (who paid for that?) are part of a GOP group that is actively trying to pass a ban on trans athletes that forces girls K-12 to submit to a genetics test or genital exam to play sports. 19thnews.org/2026/07/washing…
I truly believe there is a safe space and love for EVERYBODY. Biological girls, biological boys, trans women, and trans men. Everyone is welcome at my table! You can disagree and still be kind. Bravo to those girls for standing up for what they believe. You’ll be hearing from me soon💕 yay for gifts. Truly embarrassing of the co-owner. Unfortunately shows the type of leader she is.

Obama's office reiterates, to me (and I assume others), that the former president hasn't endorsed anyone in this race.
Haley Stevens campaign is pushing this decade old clip from Obama & misleading voters into thinking it’s an endorsement. It’s not. We can’t let her get away with this. Sign up below to volunteer for Abdul’s campaign so we can beat the misinformation! ⬇️

CC is clearly faking an injury here. Ridiculous. Refs had no business reviewing this for a hostile act on Grey. Even after it's clear there's no hostile act or foul on CC, she continues to whine. Tell me more how she's "abused." Tired of her BS.

You had the Centrist Dem Senators and House members in the Problem Solvers Caucus who killed Build Back Better, which was Biden’s admirable attempt at a real transformative policy with input and collaboration from across the party. (An ExxonMobil lobbyist was caught on camera bragging how he bought them off). Centrist Dems signed off on the For the People Act when it had no chance of passing, which were policy reforms meant to protect Democracy, and then blocked it when we had power, including various watered down versions of necessary voting reforms. Centrists killed the Public Option when we passed the ACA. The Problem Solvers Caucus Dems famously withheld their vote for Pelosi when Dems retook the House until they were able to get a rule that allowed Republicans to bring bills to the floor in the minority. Those same Problem Solvers Caucus Dems, that same session, tried to swap out the text of a humanitarian aid bill meant for the border with Mitch McConnell’s version of the same bill, turning it effectively into another giveaway to military contractors and an expansion of detention centers, while bringing down the humanitarian aid to less than 3% of the bill. Then there’s the rolling back of Dodd Frank, Sinema infamously giving the thumbs down to a minimum wage increase, this year’s funding and offering gratitude towards ICE and voting for the Laken Riley Act and crypto bills. And those are just the ones off the top of my head where the rotating villain strategy magically always gives Republicans enough Dem votes. I ran in a primary against a centrist Dem, who is still funded by Trump donors, who during his break from Congress worked for a lobbying firm that represented anti-LGBTQ and anti-choice groups, and gets his DC housing subsidized by a right-wing religious extremist group. Not every candidate is going to be great. Most are going to be somehow flawed. And some should never have been allowed to run in the first place. We should be able to have objective conversations about these things. But frankly, it won’t happen on click-incentivized platforms like this where pundits and lobbyists with monetized agendas have more clout, and over half the accounts are bots.

Big money donates to both parties but for different returns: GOP - actual policies they want. Democrats - to logjam and stall (i.e. do nothing). They know Democratic politicians that advocate for their policies are DOA in Dem primaries. So the GOP does the dirty work.
#BREAKING: Hayes: What is it about the longtime Progressive Dem incumbent’s record did you find so intolerable that you decided to primary her?  Melat Kiros: “It’s not the Congresswoman herself, it’s the campaign finance system that has incentivized members of Congress like Diana DeGette to take millions of dollars from Big Pharma, Big Energy and Oil, defense contractors. At the end of the day the reason why we are not seeing legislation like Medicare for all, universal childcare and an arms embargo on Israel passed despite a supermajority of support from the voters of this party, is because when corporations and special interest donate to campaigns, it’s not that they are going to get an immediate return with legislation that is favorable for them. Sometimes the return that they get is stalling on legislation that would actually make a meaningful difference for families, and so at the end of the day, the only way that we can trust that the Congress members are actually fighting for that kind of legislation, is to NOT to be taking money from the very corporations and special interests that do not want to see that kind of legislation passing…we can’t trust that that kind of donations coming in for congress members is not going to result in some kind of return, and sometimes that return is that we are not actually going to get anything done.” 👊
