What does a typical day at TSF PREP look like? 🏀
Mornings begin with an hour of weight training and an hour of skill work. Midday gives players time to focus on academics, college readiness, recruiting, financial literacy, and media training—with resources to support each area.
Afternoons bring team practice, athletic training, and video review. Players also have 24/7 facility access for additional shooting sessions and individual film review.
Our coaching, performance, and off-court support staff work together to meet each player’s individual needs and prepare them for the next level.
