Shutting down the economy has ruined millions of lives. Charities and businesses will never recover, suicide and abuse cases have sky rocketed, many of will be forced to live on the street unable to feed and provide for families.
There have been 1.06 million worldwide coronavirus deaths this year. In comparison, tuberculosis, which is also spread through the air, had 1.5 million reported deaths in 2019. 9 million people a year die of hunger. You don’t see the world economies shutting down for these.

Anyone else feel like they are just existing, not living? It feels like all of the fun and vibrancy of life has gone. I’m really struggling with it all 😔
The government have been tackling the virus in completely the wrong way. We should be protecting those most vulnerable at all costs whilst letting everyone else build an immunity amongst themselves. It is the only long term solution to a recurring problem that will not disappear
Many business will never financially recover from the disruption caused by further lockdowns. This will cause long term unemployment, extortionate future tax rates and a major fall in living standards across the country to suppress a virus with 99.5% survival rate

Some people are being asked to go back to workplaces tomorrow. At 12 hours’ notice.
