$44k profit for July ✅
In June’s results post I called a 20% increase for July, ended up being over 30% which is insane 📈
Sales actually finished up a couple thousand higher but this is the only screenshot I took
Thoughts on the new Sellersnap logic for anyone that uses it?
I’m currently running:
0-60 days: Conservative
60-90 days: standard
90+ days: aggressive
Seems like conservative is the way to go tbh
A lot of talk about AI on here recently, I’m even noticing some mentoring clients asking about automations because they feel like you HAVE to build some crazy AI automations to make this business model work
You really don’t! As much as I love building things, if you’re just starting out or under 6 figs in sales a month then there’s no reason why you should not be focusing on sourcing and buying
Build a foundation first then AI can help grow it later down the line

Just added 2 new VAs to the team so it's now:
2x sourcing
1x admin
1x purchasing (also helps with admin)
I think it's pretty important to upgrade the business as you grow whether that's building better systems, hiring or getting a better re-pricer etc

This is one massive difference between selling in the US compared to the UK - The US is so big that which FC your stock is available in makes such a difference
Quite often I'll get sales 10-20% above the general buybox purely because my stock is at the buyer's local FC
Whereas in UK you can basically get next day delivery to/from anywhere so it doesn't have much impact (if any)

Spent weeks/months going back and forth with Amazon about a few authenticity complaints, rejection after rejection
Stopped fighting them a week or 2 ago and got these emails this morning for all of them

Pretty much every young entrepreneur I’ve met has some sort of background in trading in different video games
Was Fifa for me, serial trader back in the day
Amazon is basically a video game in itself to be honest, except you get real money
FIFA 20 I made 50m coins on the game as a FIFA Trader
In 2022 I sold £400,000 worth of inventory on Amazon
The skill set was almost identical
But applied to a business model that could generate a lot of revenue
Then in 2023 I launched a content agency
I wouldn't have launched a content agency if I hadn't been involved in content both with FIFA and Amazon
In 2025 that content agency made over 250 YouTube videos for clients
Over the last 12 months I've invested heavily into trading cards, funded by the content agency
I have 6,000+ pack-pulled gradable cards ready to send to PSA once they launch in Europe this Summer
I plan to launch 'DUFFS Trading Cards' to runs alongside the content agency within next 3-6 months
From FIFA Trading onwards all of these skill sets have compounded over time
And each thing has kind of flowed into the next thing perfectly even though it didn't always feel like that in the moment
Just keep moving
