Shortly after the Guest House opened, I took Sara for a Daddy-Daughter trip. It was a fantastic experience. I've since taken the entire family and, except for Jase being sick, we had a great time.

Ten years ago today, we cut the ribbon on The Guest House at Graceland. At the time, it was the largest hotel project in Memphis in over 90 years, with 450 rooms right next door to Graceland Mansion. Our first guests checked in that same day, and just a few weeks later, the hotel earned its AAA Four Diamond rating. Since that first check-in, fans from all over the world have made this place feel like home. Thank you for 10 years. 🎉

True. API pushed for a corresponding tax cut to offset the gas tax hike and they were ignored. The Republican super majority in the Alabama legislature have done some very conservative things since taking control. But they also have some every non-conservative decisions that they're responsible for, as well.

Conversely, API publicly advocated for un-earmarking the gas tax increased offset the state sales tax on groceries in 2019 and endorsed the full elimination of the tax on groceries in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026. We will again in 2027. It’s the right thing to do.
