Assurance of salvation is not presumption when it's grounded in Christ's finished work rather than our own righteousness. “These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may KNOW that you have eternal life.” 1 John 5:13 “Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.” Romans 5:1 Biblical assurance rests on Christ's promises, not human merit. Calling that assurance sinful presumption confuses trusting Christ with trusting yourself.
"I'm 100% sure I'm going to heaven." Friendly reminder, presumption is a sin.

In a godless universe governed by blind, unguided processes, suffering and death are entirely expected. Evolution offers no promise of fairness, justice, or protection from tragedy. Christianity doesn't deny suffering; it explains why we live in a fallen world and offers the hope that death will not have the final word.
It's Sunday. Millions of Christians are thanking god for waking them up, while thousands of children who prayed to the same god never woke up. Explain how that works.

Amen, brother! Praise God for opening your eyes to the truth of His Word and bringing you to salvation in Christ alone!

Because being “in Christ” outwardly is not the same as being united to Christ savingly. Judas was among the disciples, yet was never regenerate. Jesus Himself distinguishes true believers from false professors (John 15:5–6). And 1 John 2:19 explains why some depart: “They went out from us, but they were not of us.” Christ loses NONE whom the Father gives Him (John 6:39).

Reformed theology doesn't teach that a sinner's prayer gives unrepentant murderers and adulterers a free pass to heaven. Genuine saving faith produces repentance and good works (Ephesians 2:8–10). Romans 8:13 actually supports our position! Those indwelt by the Spirit put sin to death. The elect persevere because GOD preserves them (John 10:28–29; Philippians 1:6). You're refuting a caricature, not Calvinism.

Amen! The Reformation was a glorious return to the authority of Scripture and the purity of the Gospel. Salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone, to the glory of God alone! The finished work of Christ is sufficient, and His Word is our final authority. Soli Deo Gloria!

Colossians 1:18 explicitly identifies Christ as the head of the Church. Ephesians 1:22–23 confirms it. Rome calls the Pope the visible head of the Church. Scripture never gives Peter or his successors that title. Laughing at the objection isn't a biblical rebuttal. Show us where Scripture establishes the papacy.

Jesus: “I will build MY Church.” Rome: “And we'll claim exclusive ownership, install an infallible pope, and declare our traditions binding.” Protestants: “Let's test those claims against Scripture.” Funny how Rome thinks correcting doctrinal error is attacking Christ's Church. Christ is the Head of the Church, not the pope. Colossians 1:18.
Jesus: “I will build my Church.” Protestants: “We’ll reform it.”

The irony is watching a Catholic blame Luther for dividing a Church that had already experienced the Great Schism of 1054. 😂 Biblical unity is unity in TRUTH, not submission to Rome. We don't celebrate division on Reformation Day. We celebrate the defense of the Gospel against doctrinal error. And knowing what “Halloween” means doesn't automatically make every modern Halloween practice Christian. Christ commanded us to abide in His Word, not preserve institutional unity at the expense of truth. John 8:31–32.

The tragedy isn't a lack of access to Scripture. It's placing the authority of Rome above the authority of God's Word. Jesus rebuked those who elevated human traditions over God's commandments (Mark 7:8–9). The gospel is clear: justification by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. Romans 3:28.
How are you a Roman Catholic in 2026 with all the information at your fingertips? Gods word is right there read it.
