Did you hear the one about the talentless artist who kept criticizing AI? For the first time in their life, they had to compete with something else that had no talent. And it was winning! The future of art doesn’t belong to AI. It belongs to artists who aren’t afraid to explore what, how and if they can create with it. Of course you don't have to love AI to be an artist. But you shouldn't have to fear AI to remain one.

Started rebuilding an art project from a few years ago that creates a generative sound scape from a live stream of environmental data and I'd forgotten how amazing this is.

gm all been in the cave for a couple months - existential dread about the state of my craft (programming) and general dissatisfaction with my contributions to society professionally. took some time to think through what is actually important to me and i always circle back to the same thing - what makes me happy is making other people happy and trying to be of service. i was way too attached to the idea that i ought to be able to earn a living from building products like @evmnow or @networkeddotart. so now i'm relaunching my studio together with @yougogirl_eth to continue supporting our own projects but more importantly to help others build and improve their own. and we're using this opportunity to expand beyond our crypto art niche - we want to work with the German Mittelstand just as much as with our internet friends, and we're tackling stuff i've been excited about long before crypto, like building for education - especially now that AI is changing so many prior assumptions. if you'd like to work together, please do reach out! ps: networked, evmnow, opepen, etc aren't going anywhere, we're excited to continue watering and growing them. in fact this tuesday we have an awesome networked studio drop with DOY coming up :). 1001.digital [email protected]

In Oppenheimer, there is a scene where they’re showing the aftermath of the bombing to Oppenheimer and his scientists at Los Alamos. You never see the actual imagery, only the emotional toll it took on them. In Godzilla Minus Zero, they hold no punches showing the brutality of what had just happened. I’d like to imagine this is one of the gaps Yamazaki was trying to fill from Nolan’s film. It’s beautiful to witness how cinema can a story across two different films ā¤ļø
"Yamazaki’s new 'Godzilla Minus Zero' doesn’t so much try to surpass its predecessor as to cap it like a protective bookend," writes Stephanie Zacharek. "It’s a magnificent entertainment with a melancholy heart." time-magazine.visitlink.me/k…

virtually every democrat regardless of faction ran against the establishment, if they do not deliver tangible & immediate changes inside the party like appointing dynamic leaders that will echo the fighting spirit the moment requires, we will lose the momentum - voters will see this as a betrayal. no amount of msm narratives around schumer's tactical prowess will change this. there's a reason why both hakeem & chuck are unpopular among dem voters. we didn't forget how they maneuvered around the last two years. we also have to destroy the seniority structure in the party & appoint competent people to the right committees!! zohran proved that a young dynamic figure can reshape the entire political landscape! i am very worried that "insider politics" and corporate focused leadership decisions is going to take us back to business as usual politics when we voted for CHANGE. we voted for a FIGHT. we voted for ACCOUNTABILITY.

The AI art debate is stuck on optimists vs doomers. @hollyherndon and @trevorpaglen reject the frame, build their own models, and think good-or-bad misses the point. The most interesting bits from their conversation with @readmaxread: totei.com/story/trevor-pagle…

Save this tweet because Dems in Congress WILL vote for these two, will name them to leadership of both houses, and will destroy a historic night and opportunity we have to really change things. And don't tell me I'm doom and gloom because I've been right about all of this shit.
Donald Trump naming Stephen Miller Chief of Staff is a defiant act of war that will deliver more hate, horror and racism. If you believe Schumer+Jeffries can fight a war against Trump/Miller you are blind, deaf, dumb & staggeringly ignorant to the past two years. Think America.

31% - Donald Trump's approval rating. 18% - Hakeem Jeffries' approval rating. 13% - Chuck Schumer's approval rating. The Democratic Party is suicidal if they pick Jeffries and Schumer to lead the House and Senate.

"That thing we just did was impossible to imagine, unprecedented even, and shows how desperately people want change. But now we need to stick with the old guard because changing that is impossible to imagine, and would be unprecedented." - Establishment Dems

Fellowship and @opensea present: → ā€œSectionsā€ by @GrantYun2 From Thomas Cole to Ed Ruscha, artists have long used the American landscape to question a nation's identity. Sections, Grant’s first long-form, fully on-chain generative interactive project, continues that tradition, asking how the places we build reflect our values, ambitions and contradictions. This is our second release with Grant, and we are delighted to continue to support his expanding vision. → Collection: 1300 1/1 + 12 Megacities 1/1 šŸ—“ļøNovember 18th, 2026 ↓ This is everything you need to know about the collection

His first response to a Democratic landslide that he had little to do with is to bleat about finding ā€˜bipartisan common ground’. Do you think Republicans would be talking about bipartisanship if they had just secured the biggest House majority for decades? Sigh.
House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries said that his party is ā€œready, willing and able to find bipartisan common groundā€ in order to work with Republicans on the ongoing affordability crisis. abcnews.visitlink.me/ymEF7Q
