As of now, AI engineering (coding) doesn't do well without a clear set of rules set up front. It often leads to a large number of lines of code (LoC), which in itself increases cognitive load.

I don't personally believe this the correct mindset to apply today and I don't see the point of not growing professionally. Although, I can understand and respect why some people want to apply it.
4/5 Knowing your boundaries is probably one of the most important aspects of work and finding your own balance between work and personal life is key. When applied reasonably, I believe that stepping outside your comfort zone and learning new things is essential to personal growth
5/5 This is fine if you want to do quiet quitting as long as you are not stopping other people to progress but I don't see it as the right long-term mindset to help you grow professionally.
