Thursday, at Fort Stewart, we honored eight @3rd_Infantry Soldiers.
These heroes displayed composure under fire and steady leadership in the days that followed.
They are proof that the Rock of the Marne perseveres, just like it always has.

Under the leadership of @POTUS President Trump and @SecWar Hegseth, we’re taking a whole-of-nation approach to war fighting.
In Arkansas, I saw it firsthand: production at Pine Bluff Arsenal, Walmart’s global distribution expertise, and logistics and materials research at @uarkansas.
Thank you to Senators @johnboozman and @SenTomCotton and Representative @rep_stevewomack for supporting this work. When we bring the Army, industry, and researchers together, we give our Soldiers every advantage.
Under the leadership of GEN LaNeve, LTG Taylor has made the Army proud as he has secured the Homeland, deterred the cartels, and led unprecedented innovation to help the Army control and secure terrain better than ever.
This is How the Army Fights!
Honored to visit @FightingFirst, the “Big Red One” in Fort Riley, KS. I was joined by Senator Roger Marshall, Senator @JerryMoran, and @RepDerekSchmidt to see the work underway to enhance mobilization capability and support Irwin Army Hospital for our Soldiers, veterans, and their families.
From barracks and housing to on-post health care, under @SecWar’s direction, we are modernizing readiness and quality of life. We ask so much of our Soldiers and their families, and we owe them that same commitment every day.
Wednesday, @SECNAV Hung Cao, many other top @DeptofWar leaders, and I attended the Northeast Indiana Defense Summit, where Hung delivered outstanding keynote remarks.
Under the leadership of @POTUS and @SecWar we have torn down bureaucratic red tape to deliver Soldier-ready products faster. There in Indiana, I was honored to announce two brand new ranges that will be part of our innovative test range concierge service (testrange.army.mil) to Camp Atterbury and Muscatatuck.
Thanks to @SenatorBanks, @SenToddYoung, and @NationalGuardIN for driving this capability for the Army and for our industry partners.
Warfighting modernization at the speed of American innovation right here in Indiana.
Vice Chief of Staff and Acting Chief of Staff of the Army Gen. LaNeve, @SenatorWicker, and I met with Camp Shelby leadership to discuss how its role as a premier Army test range puts Mississippi at the forefront of @USArmy innovation.
By lowering barriers to range access for industry, we’re enabling faster testing and refinement to accelerate the delivery of technology to our warfighters.
While NASCAR pit crews will be working hard down the road at Talladega Superspeedway tomorrow, I met with the “Pit Crew of the American Warfighter” at Anniston Army Depot yesterday with HASC Chairman @RepMikeRogersAL.
The work done in Anniston is fundamental to how we equip the warfighter and support @DeptofWar’s "Arsenal of Freedom." Our ability to remain the most lethal and dominant land force in human history begins with the steel, sweat and expertise within this depot.

Acting @SecArmy Adam Telle and Acting Chief of Staff Gen. Chris LaNeve recently spent time with Louisiana State University cadets -- who are among the first to join America's Corps of Cadets, a groundbreaking @SecWar initiative that's expanding the officer commissioning pipeline.
The Army leaders also spent time with cadets at the @LSU vs. @msstate game, and Gen. LaNeve had the honor of firing the pre-game cannon.
Both leaders recognized retired Lt. Col. John Purdy for his 22 years of distinguished service and over two decades as LSU's head men's athletic trainer.
Gen. LaNeve thanked LSU for its long and storied history contributing to the U.S. military, telling cadets "Now you all are part of that history."

We’re proud to welcome them into America’s Corps of Cadets. 🇺🇸
Andrew Rendon, Mississippi State executive director of Veterans and Military Affairs, is transitioning into a new assistant vice president role at the university.
In this newly created position, Rendon will oversee MSU’s military liaison activities with the U.S. Department of War and its recently formed Corp of Cadets, while also advancing the university’s work and reputation as a major contributor to national security initiatives and workforce development.

Excellent choice!
I have officially appointed @Dakota_Meyer to serve as my Senior Advisor for the Barracks Task Force.
Dakota will represent my office at installations across the country—going directly to our warfighters, identifying what’s broken, and ensuring we FIX our barracks.
Our warriors deserve nothing less.
Acting @SecArmy Adam Telle and Acting Chief of Staff GEN Chris LaNeve were on the ground today at LSU vs Mississippi State to spotlight both schools joining @SecWar’s groundbreaking America’s Corps of Cadets initiative.
This historic effort will broaden the pipeline of patriotic leaders and lethal warfighters ready to defend the nation and the American Dream.
Cadets of @LSU and @msstate — you’ve answered the call. We salute you. 🫡
