Americans should be outraged that Jack Smith and the Biden DOJ swept up their private data - including over 1,000 Iowans' personal information.
You can't trust Democrats when it comes to your privacy.
NEW:
EXCLUSIVE: New whistleblower reporting via @ChuckGrassley reveals that personal payroll data for the Conservative Partnership Institute (CPI) was collected by Jack Smith’s team.
The financial data included CPI employees’ medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, along with a CPI bank statement.
BACK STORY: In fall 2025, Grassley revealed that CPI was one of 430 groups subpoenaed or targeted by Jack Smith as part of the Arctic Frost probe, which laid the foundation for the Jan. 6 investigation.
The new reporting shows that Smith’s collection of data and financial records was broader than previously reported.
While Smith had a mandate to investigate Jan. 6, the collection of CPI’s February 2023 payroll data appears to go beyond the scope.
Critics, including Grassley and @SenJudiciaryGOP say Smith’s sweeping data collection aimed to map the entire Republican network.
NOTE: Combining data sets from donors, voter registration, lawmakers’ phone records (not contents), and financial transactions is far more revealing and intrusive.
It can reveal a network as well as the frequency of the contact and strength of relationship.
Smith has defended the overall investigation as fact-driven and non-political.

DONOR DATA BREACH: Jack Smith's special counsel office and Biden's DOJ collected personal information on more than 639,000 Republican campaign donors, supporters, and voters during the Arctic Frost probe, according to a new memo from Senate Judiciary Chair Chuck Grassley.
The data included names, dates of birth, physical addresses, emails, credit card information, donation amounts, occupations, and whether individuals were registered Republican. Over 148,000 of those entries were identified specifically as donors — most of whom contributed small dollar amounts.
Grassley says the findings corroborate that Smith's team aimed to "map out the entire Republican Party apparatus" and calls the data collection "incredibly invasive" and far beyond what the special counsel's mandate required.

Today, Sen. @ChuckGrassley, Chairman of @SenJudiciaryGOP, welcomed over 60 high school students to his seventh Federal Judiciary Youth Summit!
The summit gives students a firsthand look at the federal judiciary and is part of Grassley’s effort to foster civic engagement among Iowa’s next generation of leaders. 🇺🇸
🚨 Chairman @ChuckGrassley reveals SHOCKING new whistleblower discovery in explosive memo today: Jack Smith & Biden DOJ obtained personal data for over HALF A MILLION Republican donors, voters and supporters.
At least 639,000 Americans’ data was scooped up by Smith and his team.
"Smith and the Biden Justice Department collected incredibly invasive donor data – and voter data – beyond what could conceivably be necessary for Smith or his team to fulfill the Special Counsel’s mandate."
It is a fact, not a conspiracy, that Democrats are defending Jack Smith after his widespread abuses against their constituents. Please feel free to correct the record by condemning Jack Smith's unconstitutional actions, apologize to the constituents he harmed and join Republicans in seeking accountability.
🚨 BREAKING: Chairman @ChuckGrassley SLAMS Judiciary Committee Democrats for "falling over themselves" defending Jack Smith's unlawful and unconstitutional actions.
Grassley revealed Smith targeted nearly 5,000 Americans for the false crime of donating to Republicans. Instead of standing up for their constituents, Democrats want an apology for weaponizer-in-chief Jack Smith.
Republicans aren’t backing down, and they won’t apologize for fighting for accountability.

Jack Smith should apologize for taking the bank records of 42 Iowans & 4,782 Americans
🚨 Chairman @ChuckGrassley, @SenMikeLee and @SenatorCollins are calling on the Trump administration to protect American families from deadly kratom and semi-synthetic substances like 7-OH.
Federal scheduling would keep these addictive drugs off gas station shelves and out of the hands of our nation's children.
Chairman @ChuckGrassley: "This meeting occurred during Jack Smith’s time as Special Counsel & constitutes ‘consultation or counsel’ from John Brennan to Smith & his team. Smith’s response before the Senate Judiciary Committee was highly evasive & misleading, at minimum." foxnews.com/politics/ex-obam…
One year since Chairman @ChuckGrassley dropped a BOMBSHELL exposing Jack Smith's partisan witch hunt.
Transparency brings accountability.

Bombshell records released by Chairman @ChuckGrassley and @SenRonJohnson expose the disturbing political weaponization of Biden’s @FBI.
It’s time for answers. It’s time for accountability.
As Chairman @ChuckGrassley often says: "Sunlight is the best disinfectant." ☀️👇
In 2021, AG Garland issued a memo that directed the FBI to target concerned parents who spoke out during school board meetings.
Today, @TheJusticeDept released a report confirming the Biden DOJ and White House worked to chill parental and free speech rights, labeling innocent parents as "domestic terrorists."
Another example of runaway Democrat government.
Today, the Justice Department’s Weaponization Working Group issued a report detailing how Biden Administration officials at the Department of Justice explored avenues to prosecute parents and protestors who spoke to school boards and school officials during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Records show Biden White House and Justice Department leadership pushed for a memo which sought to find a federal “hook” to prosecute parents and charge protestors with federal crimes, despite widespread concerns from attorneys and agents.
This report follows letters sent earlier today by Department of Justice and @usedgov leadership to all 50 state attorneys general on parental rights.

Arctic Frost and related weaponization by the Biden DOJ and FBI was arguably WORSE THAN WATERGATE. 🗣️
A collective 914 Americans in states represented by Democrats on the Judiciary Committee had their private checks subpoenaed by Jack Smith.
ZERO Democrats asked Smith about those subpoenas at today's hearing.
When the government goes after everyday Americans, Democrats do nothing.
That's not representative government. It's self-serving on the taxpayer dime.
.@SenTedCruz: "Did your team obtain donor and fundraising information?"
Jack SMITH: "I do not recall." 🤔🤥
Jack Smith subpoenaed personal checks from 4,782 Republican donors, and Chairman @ChuckGrassley has the evidence thanks to brave whistleblowers.

Jack Smith didn’t just spy on Members of Congress. He went after nearly 5,000 Americans, including 102 Tennesseans, for donating to President @realDonaldTrump.
Arctic Frost was a weaponized witch hunt, and Smith must face the full force of the law for his actions.
🚨 BREAKING: Records provided to Chairman @ChuckGrassley via whistleblower disclosure reveal Jack Smith and his team collected 4,782 personal checks from Americans nationwide who donated to Trump and Trump-aligned entities between September 2019 to August 2023.
