This entire titanic incident is incomprehensibly tragic. There is so much good that could have come out of what they were doing, and so much squandered potential. It’s absolutely shameful that people’s responses haven’t been more positive and productive.
This type of tragedy is an opportunity for all of us to come together. Are there problems inherent in the situation leading up to this incident? Sure.
