Coach your players to make decisions based on the future they want, not the comfort they feel now. Every one of those decisions costs something. A successful future is paid for by doing what average players will not.

KC N4RRATE 🇺🇸: "The thing that changed the most, at least what made us go from a losing team to a winning team, I would say, is our team culture"
"Focusing on being nice to each other [...] How do they receive criticism? How do they like to be talked to? How do they think about the game and themselves? And giving everybody a voice inside the team"

Historically, whoever plays last match does not play first match - to allow time to recover.
Tomorrow, we are expected to play first instead of swapping the other losers match which played 1st and 3rd today. Unsure why the rulings and standard practice is changing this one event. @CODLeague

"It's so f*cking bad, this game is so good but the players in this game are so bad"
iiTzTimmy has called out the queue system in Rainbow 6 Siege after spending more than 200 hours climbing to Champs with teammates not speaking, mismatched team ranks, and cheaters
This player will have a great impact in any good roster,
He is a hard worker, with a deep knowledge of the game, and a strong gunnner. 👇👇👇

Life summed up in the past times as a T2 siege player:
-playing cheaters in tournaments that are part of the official T2 circuit
-trying to stream the game from your main account (which would be the only TOS compatible way to stream) - playing cheaters every ranked game, waiting 10 minutes between games.
-Orgs owning you 4k+ dollars in prizemoney in the last year
-having to relaunch your game every 10 minutes if you are trying to watch a match replay
These are just a few of the problems that come up daily, as a person who would like to progress in this game and build a career. If I didn't like this game with my full heart, I would have quit a million times and went to pour concrete. The fact that there are a handful of people like us, who still try to compete in fair and even grounds gives me some hope. Would I start siege comp, if I didn't have years of work put into it now? No. That's a symptom of a drowning game, and an awful ecosystem. I usually try to accept challenges as they are, and try to focus on the things I can control, but this became too much now to stay silent. People who know me from close know, that I hate when people cry on twitter about stuff that has already been said many times, but I feel helpless. We need to start this change from inside, acting professional even tho we are not paid to play the game. Ubisoft has confirmed once again, that as it stands they are unable to solve this issue.
People came up with good ideas to help solving these issues, such as monitor cams, an other anti-cheat than moss, id checks, etc. Would these mean that less people would compete? Maybe. Would it mean the competitive integrity will be better? Absolutely. I don't understand why tournament organizers are not willing to do these steps.
Once again, I'd like to say that I'm not begging for sympathy, most competitors have the same problems. I want to raise awareness to this issue on my part, and once again remind people in charge about things that have been said many times before.
