When the SIR issue is already sub judice before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, why are you calling people onto the streets and risking unrest in the country?
As a Sr. Advocate, you are encouraging citizens to turn every street into another Jantar Mantar. Does this mean that you, too, have lost faith in the judiciary, much like Mr. Kapil Sibal?
If the matter is already before the highest court of the land, shouldn’t the rule of law and the judicial process be allowed to take their course?
I would urge you to withdraw your call for people to take to the streets.
With a deep sense of responsibility, I say that if your conduct warrants legal scrutiny, we will not hesitate to file a complaint against you and pursue the matter in accordance with law.

Before pointing fingers at @Dev_Fadnavis bhau, let’s take a moment to remember who he is, what he has stood for, and what he has done for Maharashtra, the BJP, the Nation, Dharma, and Hindutva
This is a leader who has stood firm on his ideology even when it came at a political cost. A leader who has worked to strengthen the BJP, championed Hindutva, stood up for Hindu interests, and consistently recognised the importance of every karyakarta from the smallest grassroots worker to the highest ranking leader
Politics cannot be judged by one statement, one decision, or one moment of disagreement. A leader’s contribution must be measured by his years of commitment, his work on the ground, his ideological conviction, and his ability to stand firm when the pressure is greatest.
It is easy to criticise when emotions run high. It is even easier to forget the past when the present does not suit our expectations. But those who truly believe in an ideology must have the maturity to distinguish between constructive criticism and unfairly targeting someone who has dedicated years to that very cause.
Supporting Devendra Fadnavis bhau does not mean believing that a leader can never be questioned. It means having the fairness to acknowledge his contribution, the conviction to stand by him when criticism is unjust, and the wisdom to judge him by his entire record not by selective narratives.
Our commitment to the Nation, Dharma, BJP and Hindutva should be bigger than temporary disagreements and momentary outrage. We must never forget the leaders who have stood by the ideology and the karyakartas who have built this movement from the ground up.
Ideologies are not upheld by convenience, and loyalty is not proven only when everything is going well. It is tested when standing by your principles becomes difficult.
Devendra Fadnavis bhau deserves to be judged with fairness, remembered for his work, and respected for his unwavering commitment to Maharashtra, the BJP, Hindutva and every karyakarta who has stood with the movement.
Remember the work. Respect the commitment. Never let selective outrage erase the bigger picture

Garba is a religious affair. Amruta Fadnavis made a stupid statement, probably inspired by the Bollywood company she keeps. People called her out. She clarified. Ppl continued to mock, including her atrocious singing - as is their right. This FIR business is the most self-defeating step ever.
I didn’t find the need to mention her. But if some people did, they should have certainly not been booked for it. Far worse abuse by the left goes unpunished, but not this?

The EDF (Export Declaration Form) rules are now in effect, and it seems like RBI and banks have conspired to create a new hell. Or actually 5 hells.
I consult for an American company. Raised October invoice. Received the Inward remittance. And bang! Mail from @HDFC_Bank detailing everything needed before the payment can be processed.
Let me tell you what the 5 hells are:
1. The hell of confusion – RBI clarified last month that the EDF rules do not apply to individuals. But looks like they haven’t told the banks. And CAs also don’t seem to know. There’s no official communication on who is exempt. Last I checked, I was an individual. No company, no LLP. But HDFC still wants me to file the EDF to credit my payment.
2. The hell of complexity – See the attached pic of the form the bank has sent in excel. It has 5 sheets. To be filled and submitted. Some abstruse acronyms like “AD” - no clue what it means. Some fields are mandatory. Some fields are to be filled by the bank. No idea which is what. And it needs a physical signature. Which leads to...
3. The hell of paperwork - They also sent a pdf with a bunch of request letters. I’m supposed to choose the right letter, print, sign, scan and submit. Creating more paper today is incredibly silly. And, I suppose, someone in the bank will have to upload all this somewhere. Reminds me of those hand-filled immigration forms. Pointless.
4. The hell of repetition – At least for me, most of the details are constant. One client, one payment. If it’s a one-time exercise, fine. I’ll grit my teeth and get it done. But no. These details have to be given month after month. Else… no payment will be credited.
5. The hell of unpreparedness – It would have been simple enough for RBI or HDFC to create an online portal for this. With dropdowns, saved formats, contextual help, etc. to at least make this easy. But that would be too convenient, no? So, they’ve chosen to dump the entire burden on the taxpayer.
I have no opinion or understanding of why this is needed. Maybe it is critical information. Okay! But why make the process so confusing and painful?
And poor communication has meant that the banks have just passed on the pain to the exporter, and even CAs can’t help.
Basically RBI & HDFC feel I should consult less, and comply more. Maybe my client will also agree :)

💥BEWARE of attempts to divide Jains from the larger fold of Sanatan!
Jain Mandirs, just like other Dharmic Mandirs, cannot be built over remnants of others, even if you have money or power to do so. The laws of building a Mandir are clearly laid out.
At some places, you will find Jain Mandirs exactly around the premises of other mandirs, and vice versa, precisely because most Hindu kings respected, funded and themselves built Jain Mandirs across the country. Eg: the Cholas in the South.
In many cases, the sacred places of getting into a Samadhi or Nirvana are similar mountain tops. In most cases, the Jains continue with the local traditions of Kul devta and Kul devi because there is no blanket ban on seeking in jainism. It is as much an individual science as we find in Sanatan.
Almost all Hindu kings bowed down to the jain philosophy of non-violence in the individual lives by jains and jain monks. Almost all of the Jain population bows down to the Hindu security provided to carry on with the concept of non-violence.
Very imp. to note that Somebody has to be very, very violent, for the rest of the people to be non-violent all the time. (probably why jain and buddh origins began on the peaceful part of the map unlike Sikhi and Sanatan which continuously kept facing invasions)
The itch to find out who came first is a complete waste of time because all 4 Dharms agree on
-the symbol of OM,
-108 beads Mala,
-Principle of Karmic accumulation and outcomes,
-Cycles of Life-death-rebirth.
Once you agree on Cycles, there is no starting point and ending point. That linear thought process is only about Religions and not Dharm.
The jain kaal chakra is very clear that people will begin following jain dharm from the 4th ara and all jains will be gone, but 4, with the end of the 5th ara. And in every cycle, the world will get a new set of 24 Tirthankars.
No answers in Sanatan or any Dharm about -
How many repetitions of Ramayan and Mahabharat has already happened with infinite cycles?
-and where they have happened each time as in how many such Earths exist that we are on today?
and if there are other Earths where currently Ramayan or Tirthankars era could be ongoing??
