The blockchain revolution is about self custody. We will fix the current broken paradigm. 24 words must die.
It's been more than a year since @coinbase blocked my account and KYC team reached out.
It's been more than a year of me providing all documents possible to their team to prove the legality of my income and diligence on taxes.
And every time it takes them about a month or two to come back and say they need more info.
I am deeply concerned for the future of the industry and idea of accessible finance if the largest player (with a goal of onboarding a billion of users) can't establish a proper customer support and has internal chaos on the KYC policies even for those of us who are already deep in crypto.
@coinbase is this because a hold a non-US passport?
BTC makes perfect sense as a store of value. ETH can be used to store monkey images. When considering real business adoption, XCH is the only valid option. We are only at the beginning of crypto adoption, and the future is bright.
