What does #citizenship mean? Surely not being part of some phoney club. For @citizen_network it means working together with others to face our shared challenges. It is only by acting as citizens that we can solve the great crises of our times.

"a lot of the apparent unfulfilled demand is actually rework and failure demand. When service and speed are good, the average demand doesn't increase significantly." says @sib313 < this is crucial. How much of the "pressure" is need not being met timely/appropriately in 1st place
