-Gym
-Still work on structuring rather than coding. No longer rush to build. Coding is already solved by AI.
-Gave clear answers on what @PennysiaLabs is and what it is not. We are not building an aggregator.
-We now do internal daily progress updates in all parts.
-Declared clear moat and defensibility. And it really boils down to tech complexities, user acquisition and scaling models. 1st mover also.
-Made bunch of posts on X, and will be more.
-New homeoffice chairs😊

-Hit the gym. rebuilding the product as well as the body.
-Quite a focused day. Only typing sound on keyboards for hours.
-Breaking down the concepts from our latest whitepaper.
-Finding some tech stacks to be used for the build. @Helius and @envio_indexer look nice
-Coworked on new site @ImmuTiaras , it's looking great.
-Really like the new operation app, began doc and legalwork migration
-I was so caffeinated that I did not look back what you guys were doing @ThanapolJao @Sutach_Pennysia
-Made some meetings and checked on what communities are doing. I'm trying to contribute as much as I can.
-Tried Bolt, it seems better than Grab now for roaming BKK.
-Traffic so bad 5hours on the road, back to Rayong again.

@EFDevcon 8 this year is filled with 80% merch hunters who are rude and have zero respect for personal space & boundaries.
on one hand, i’m extremely happy to be able to have better conversations with people and getting my questions answered in talks and workshops, just because the number of people attending those are small
but when trying to chat or learn about projects at booths when they have merch displayed, or even at workshops where you get to “take it home”, you just get push and shoved, have people taking things and not participating, or even have items stolen (happened to my friend right next to me)
shame on you guys.
