I have decided to bring back PHONE FREE SUNDAYS!!
I did this two years ago and it was wildly great for my mental health to spend a long time deep in thought.
Here I go about it:
Anyways I started doing a weekly check-in for my goals on Sunday but it always feels like not a priority to work on my goals instead of in them so I end up getting hyper fixated on writing more or making content or trying to fix our website.
It’s important to kinda take a 10,000 foot look at where you’re going and check-in.
So that’s what I’ll be doing with this 3rd use case of extreme phone free time
I go to the gym with no headphones (crazy right?!) don’t worry about texting people (99% of the time it’s not urgent) I clean my house or just walk around the neighborhood.
This is about completely unplugging and just thinking about shit for a whole day.
Try it out if this motivates you because it will change your whole week! (Life??)
This will be controversial maybe but I hopped on .25 mg of Ozempic and cut 16lbs safely over three months with no change to my diet.
Cost me $125 and I would totally do it again.

In 2024 I came up with the concept of a weekly “power date” with my girlfriend.
The concept is basically a date that isn’t a generic dinner/movie/bar date. Keeps things fun and fresh.
Recommend every couple try it.
