Love high school morning practices! Here are some front toss clips @JenConsaul @jessgorman01 @CoachRama1 @CoachSanders22
A big focus of this summer has been physically preparing myself for the next level. I’ve been working with my trainer on strength and upper body development while independently increasing my running mileage and time on my feet, intervals, tempo runs, long runs, and plenty of hard days.
Had a solid longer run Saturday and tested my mile this week. Loving the process and learning to embrace the hard things.
Current mile: 6:38
December goal: 6:15 🏃♀️
Just getting started. 💪

Couldn’t be more proud of you Mo!! 🤍 Couldn’t ask for a better teammate and friend. You work so hard. So happy for you and can’t wait to see all that you accomplish! ❤️🥎
I am so excited and blessed to announce my commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at Arizona Christian University!!
First I want to thank Jesus for making a path for me to have this opportunity to play!! And give me the athletic ability to help glorify him through the sport I love!! He showed me through this process that with prayer and petition and thanksgiving his plan always prevails!!
I also want to thank my parents for all their support through these years of encouraging me to be the best person and player I can be!! And thank them for all the sacrifices they made to help make my dream become a reality!! I also want to thank all my teammates who have been apart of this journey for me and walked with me side by side!! I love you all forever and will be forever grateful of all the memories we have made together on and off the field!
And to my coaches thank you @SoarAthletes and Andrea Bailey for helping me and encouraging me through this recruiting process and become a better athlete!! I also want to thank Annalisa harsh for spending countless hours with me working on my skills in catching!! And special thanks to Coach Preston vanmeter who took a chance on a little girl with a big dream!! I will forever be grateful for you believing in me and seeing something in me that I didn’t at first!! Thank you for all the countless hours spent coaching me to become the athlete I am today!!
Lastly I want to thank @ACUSoftball softball and Coach Mayben for giving me this opportunity!I can’t wait to come and contribute to the firestorm family and make many memories, and compete for Christ!! So excited to start this new chapter in life as a firestorm!!

🥎Giving back to the game that gave me my start.
One of my favorite parts of this journey is the opportunity to be a leader and serve others by pouring back into the next generation. I love volunteering to help coach youth softball for the Wilsonville Wildcats Fastpitch organization, the same program that took a chance on me, helped me grow, and played such a big role in developing me into the player I am today.
Thank you Coach Preston for believing in me and allowing me to now help coach alongside you. So proud of how hard these girls are working to develop their skills!

A break from competition hasn’t slowed the work.
With my summer season ending earlier than I hoped as many of my teammates headed off to begin their college journeys, I’ve been able to shift my focus toward continued growth on and off the field.
🏋️♀️ Weight training
🏃♀️ Running & conditioning
🥎 Extra defensive and hitting reps
📚 SAT preparation
🎓 Summer AP coursework
❤️ Coaching the next generation of softball players
Using this time to become a stronger student, athlete, teammate, and leader. Excited to bring this work ethic into the fall season and continue improving every day.
