It takes huge courage to ask for help and to talk about your story. @SharePointRoots is giving #DevConf attendees some insight into both in Emerald now!

Delighted to be speaking today at @devconfza in Pretoria at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research.
Wow, what a fantastic group of individuals. I am ver fortunate to be among such wonderful people. I already cherish new friendships.
Look how glorious our speakers are! Most of them made the 8am photo call but we still love those that are missing ❤️ 🖤 ❤️

After a conference, we feel energized and can't wait to dive into new tech, but as soon as we get back to deadlines and become “busy”, the enthusiasm wears off. How do you keep the conference spark alive? At @Devconf I’ll share with you a principle that works very well for me.
Lions don't attack a herd of buffalo. They wait for the weak to get isolated from the herd before they pounce. When things get tough, are you surrounded by trustworthy, caring people who protect you, or are you alone and vulnerable? Let's chat next week at @devconfza!!

Do you cope with change? “It is not the most intellectual or the strongest of the species that survives, but the species that survives is the one that is able best to adapt & adjust to the changing environment in which it finds itself.” ~Darwin
I'll tell you more at @devconfza!
The Tech sector saw a 624% rise in job cuts last year. It's scary. How do you cope with anxiety and fear?
I'm excited to speak at @devconfza about how to overcome fear in challenging situations. This skill has been crucial for my personal and professional growth.
