This afternoon we were treated to an amazing three course lunch at The Albert in Bolton Town Hall. Tabatha and Kristina have been taking part in a 6 month Young Chef programme, culminating in today’s event. Wow - look at those amazing dishes! A huge well done to all the young chefs from across Bolton who took part 💜

The @RotaryGBI Young Chef Comp District Final is taking place right now with Y10 students from CHS, @SharplesTech, @EatonBank and @FallibroomeNews. They're busy prepping and cooking dishes, which will be judged by Les Wassall - Pear Hospitality Group, and Rotarian, Trevor Hoyle.

This morning 5O had a trip down to @SharplesTech cooking up a Spaghetti Bolognese that they have planned as part of their DT unit with Mr. Chadbond. They even did their own washing up! 5S will also have the opportunity in the next few weeks… #youngchefs 👨‍🍳🍝
