🚨 BREAKING: SNEAKO SUES DUEL OVER AI DEEPFAKES, DEFAMATION. Muslim Legal along with @AnthonySabatini has filed a federal lawsuit today against online gambling platform Duel on behalf of SNEAKO, alleging a calculated campaign of deception, defamation, and exploitation. The lawsuit alleges that Duel used fabricated AI videos to falsely portray @sneako endorsing gambling and their platform, and escalated its campaign by falsely associating him with violence against Christians and a fabricated terrorist attack. One deepfake alone reportedly reached approximately 7 million views. This case is about more than one influencer. It is about drawing a line against corporations weaponizing artificial intelligence to steal identities, manufacture lies, and destroy reputations for profit. We are seeking substantial damages, punitive damages, and injunctive relief.
