Ascites is horrible. With cirrhosis, fluid builds up in your belly until it has to be drained. My record is 11 liters. But I'll still take good days like this one: my wife and me in Okinawa, cheering on our daughter dancing for the Golden Kings. 🏀
Anyone else dealing with ascites: how many liters did they drain off you?

Most people have never heard of MASH, but it's quietly wrecking livers all over this country. Mine is at stage IV. Ask your doctor to check your liver numbers at your next visit. Has your doctor ever talked to you about your liver?
I have stage IV cirrhosis from NASH, now called MASH. I never drank my way here. A lot of it came from the food on our shelves. Check your labels, folks. What's one processed food you've cut out for good?
