10 May 1939 | A French Jewish girl, Monique Cofman, was born in Mont-Saint-Aignan.
She arrived at #Auschwitz on 8 November 1942 in a transport of 1,000 Jews deported from Drancy. She was among 773 of them murdered in gas chambers after the selection.
