Love this. The employers we meet at our fairs care about what you can build and how you think, not how you look. Come as you are and bring your best work. rdirx.io/go/yfrp35cgel xitter.cf/steezy10_/status/21147…
First frame - how I attended an in-person tech interview
Second frame - working still with a different tint
Third frame - working in tech with braids and tattoos
Fourth frame - at the office by my desk with my nice tattoos
Nobody cares how you look just come with your experience and deliver on what you say you know.

Tailoring a CV for every single posting is exhausting. Smart tools help, but a 5-minute chat with the actual hiring team often does more. That is what our tech job fairs are for. Upcoming cities: rdirx.io/go/yfrp35cgel xitter.cf/VaibhavSisinty/status/…
Someone on Reddit built his wife a job search app.
She is a junior software engineer, and her job search had dragged on for almost 10 months. Tailoring a resume for every posting took ages.
So he built Dossier. It finds postings, then writes a tailored resume, cover letter and email for each job, using only facts from her profile.
It tracks every application from draft to offer on a board, and it runs on your own server, with a local AI model option, so your data stays with you.
She landed a job with it, so he open-sourced it for anyone in the same spot.
It is free at github.com/AienTech/dossier.

We did it with Twilio for SIP & Retellai for the voice agent. Will probably switch to grok voice once integration is smoother or eleven labs – at Alicante, Spain

Apart from outbound calling just got my Chief @bot to buy and configure my retellai agent to take incoming calls in UK and Spain through @twilio SIP integration ... All in a few mins on Sunday evening while getting ready to go out 😲 from Monday we have a telephone receptionist 🤣 what a time to be alive 🤣 – at Alicante, Spain

Similar story with 1Password… @bot recommends it, we sign up, pay the subscription and start using it. Then @bot’s latest version comes with its own Vault that does pretty much the same thing. Ouch! 🤦♂️😂
And that’s not counting the number of paid SaaS solutions we’ve already replaced by building their functionality into our own homegrown platform @WorkFlowCC
But there’s a flip side. SaaS companies with a genuine moat that embrace open agentic access are likely to accelerate, driven by increased usage from AI agents.
The real divide won't be SaaS vs AI, but those who embrace agents vs those who try to block them. – at Alicante, Spain
Agree 💯 Also using other AI for some of the heavy lifting and @bot as orchestrator and reviewer has made a huge difference to usage, while reducing errors that might go undetected when we're not paying enough attention.
It’s also forced us to own our business processes and knowledge, keeping us truly agent-agnostic.
Below we are running a weekly sales Kanban review and make #ChatGPT and @bot agree on updates before anything is done. – at Alicante, Spain

There's the single-user use case, and then the agency/multi-brand use case.
We manage several brands (projects), each with its own social channels and credentials. For each brand, we create campaigns, generate content calendars and schedule posts through the Buffer API.
We're now looking to replace Buffer with Postiz while keeping campaign management and AI automation in our own platform.
The diagram outlines our planned architecture. Wondering if your platform could handle the publishing side of this? – at Alicante, Spain

Would be interested to try this out. Can SAAS platforms use this to manage client Accounts? – at Alicante, Spain

Exactly my thinking, and a counterpoint to Fermi's Paradox. We're so insignificant in both time and space.
If the universe's 13.8 billion years were compressed into a single day, our entire recorded human civilisation would occupy just the final 40 milliseconds before midnight!
And in size? We're like a grain of sand in some remote corner of an endless beach.
Yet our vanity makes us wonder why nobody has come to visit us!
We're barely above apes, still killing each other over territory, beliefs and resources. Why would a civilisation millions of years ahead of us, on its upward journey to explore the wonders of the universe, even glance back at us?
Perhaps out of curiosity, followed by boredom. Much like how we look at apes in a zoo.
Instead of wondering why nobody has come to see us, perhaps we should look outward and truly comprehend the sheer immensity of what's out there, and how insignificant our place is in both space and time.
If and when we evolve enough, perhaps we'll be worth visiting.
Let's grow up a bit first. – at Alicante, Spain

Save the role, note where you are in the process and choose one action: tailor your CV, review an application draft, prepare for an interview or follow up when appropriate. #MyJobEngine #JobSearch
