When a female patient is raped by a "transgender woman" on a hospital ward your NHS say she could not have been raped because her attacker is "defined as a woman".
It took the hospital a year to admit there was a rapist with a penis on the ward.
They lied to save their misguided DEI policy and ignored the suffering of the victim and the safety of other female patients.
And as far as I know, no one was fired or reprimanded.
Real women are not even second class citizens to the NHS.

James Acaster being autistic is the worst excuse for ruining the ending to a show I’ve ever heard
That bloke is a grown man who took 40k for 2 weeks “work”. Signed up to a show about lying and then essentially threw his toys out the pram when he had to lie

You do realise modern refugees are still just people, don’t you? They’re not all romanticised, desperate victims put on this earth to assuage your liberal guilt. They’re people, with all the virtues and failings that entails.
And you realise that many of those who reach the UK have travelled through numerous safe countries to get here? They haven’t simply stepped across a border from a war-torn country into a land of milk and honey. They’ve paid people smugglers and crossed an entire continent.
Some make false asylum claims, including claims about their sexuality. Some refuse to assimilate, bringing with them regressive cultural attitudes that are profoundly at odds with the values of the society they’ve chosen to live in. *Your* values, one assumes. And there are legitimate questions about serious criminal offending among particular migrant groups, including Afghan nationals.
But you carry on patting yourself on the back for being so compassionate and virtuous. Just make sure your compassion extends to the victims of crime, too. Victims whose lives would remain intact were it not for the suicidal empathy of holier-than-thou, self-anointed saints like you.
Here’s just one example of the ‘victims’ you’re cheerleading for. There are many, many others. Do a little Googling and see for yourself. Or don’t. Better to stay in your silo and keep your halo unsullied, eh?

Tonight’s finale of The #CelebrityTraitors has left a very sour taste in my mouth. Why? Well, let’s look at where the prize money is going.
Bash’s chosen charity supports refugees, but, and I quote, ‘predominantly queer refugees’.
Let’s not pretend ‘queer’ simply means gay. It’s an umbrella term encompassing sexuality and identity, closely associated with the promotion of woke supremacist gender ideology.
Naturally, not to be outdone in the virtue-signalling stakes, Romesh’s charity also supports refugees.
Meanwhile, across Britain, millions of ordinary viewers of this programme are struggling to make ends meet. Barely affording to fill their cars with fuel. Wondering how on earth they’ll pay for heating their homes this winter. Struggling to get a GP appointment. Dreading the cost of the weekly shop.
Yet here we have wealthy celebrities, paid generous fees to appear on a BBC game show, choosing to give their winnings to refugee charities rather than organisations helping needy people in Britain.
And let’s not forget who funds the BBC. It’s not ‘queer’ refugees, is it?
Of course genuine refugees deserve compassion, irrespective of whether they’re ‘queer’ or not. But I suspect a great many viewers will be wondering why neither winner chose to support charities helping Brits. And perhaps it’s escaped the attention of Bash or Romesh, but some of the so-called refugees in this country are taking advantage of their new-found freedoms to commit heinous crimes.
It’s the sheer disconnect that astounds me. This privileged metropolitan celebrity class seems to inhabit an entirely different world from the ordinary people who help pay their wages.
I’m afraid tonight’s finale illustrated that disconnect rather perfectly.

All this talk about how James Acaster doesn't like lying but he's ok with saying a man is a woman right?
Amie retweeted
Schrodingers Progressivesism: the current state of the political Left, where society simultaneously knows what a woman is (when a foreign religion demands the women removed from men's spaces) and does NOT know what a woman is (when women demand men be removed from THEIR spaces).
This is not tenable

Not everything has to be looked at through the lens of discrimination.
Conservatives managed to choose our first woman leader 51 years ago. Meanwhile Labour are celebrating Andy Burnham as their first female Prime Minister.
Claire has been promoted because she is excellent and Conservatives believe in meritocracy.
If Harriet is worried about discrimination, there is plenty in her own party to keep her busy.
Boris Johnson promoted me to the Treasury while I was on maternity leave in 2020. Nobody did a podcast episode on it because we didn’t think it was remarkable. He just knew I could do the job.
Women do not need patronising theories to explain their success. That is the point.
Time was, @ClaireCoutinho, that women had to conceal pregnancy, fearing the sack. We fought against maternity discrimination so that women could be promoted on merit not sacked for pregnancy. I’m glad you’ve escaped mat discrimination. But it’s still a problem. How about siding with us to banish it? @ThenScrewed

Shana Grice was 19. She asked Sussex Police for help five times in six months. They fined her.
That is why her mother is standing outside this police station holding Shana’s photograph.
Michael Lane tracked Shana’s car, assaulted her and stole a key to enter her bedroom. Once, she hid under the duvet listening to him breathe.
But because Shana had not initially disclosed their past relationship, an officer gave her a £90 fine for “wasting police time”.
The trial judge later said police had “jumped to conclusions” and stereotyped her. The police watchdog found that the officer’s actions affected Shana’s confidence and may have stopped her reporting Lane’s continued harassment.
On 25 August 2016, Lane entered Shana’s home and murdered her. He was jailed for life with a minimum of 25 years.
One former officer was found to have committed gross misconduct and was barred from policing. Another committed misconduct. Sussex Police apologised and changed its procedures.
Shana went to the people meant to protect her. Their response taught a frightened teenager that asking again could get her punished.
That failure was indefensible.

Where is the COBRA meeting for this?
Nearly 75,000 rapes were recorded by police in England and Wales in the year to March 2026.
That’s 205 recorded rapes every single day.
Yet Andy Burnham chaired a COBRA meeting just two days ago over severe heatwaves.
Protecting women and children from sexual violence surely deserves the same urgency.

TRA: "You're not in danger from 'transwomen.' It's men who are the real problem! A 'transwoman' has never hurt me"
Transwomen:
"Reed Gulley, (now Megan) 21, of Denver, Colorado, was sentenced to 31 years in prison for beating his pregnant, 19-year-old girlfriend so badly that police thought she had been stabbed. The beating occurred the day after Gulley completed a jail term for domestic violence against the woman, Christina Collins. Gulley tore her teeth out, broke her jaw and eye socket, nearly tore off her ear, and caused her severe brain injury. He told police that Collins hurt herself when she fell and hit her head on a coffee table."
Gulley's girlfriend lost the baby, and she underwent four years of corrective surgery. Her brain injury was so severe that she had to relearn how to speak, read, write, and walk, and her father says she now functions at the level of a 14-year-old.

Mr Campbell - you should really take a back seat on this one.
Younger readers, in Mr Campbell's former incarnation as media bully boy for Blair, part of his job was to synthesize consent for the 2nd Iraq war. A fly in the ointment almost derailed this project: a government scientist (David Kelly) had grave concerns that the central justification for invading Iraq (weapons of mass destruction) was flawed. He almost turned whistleblower and was interviewed by a then BBC journalist (Andrew Gilligan).
Dr Kelly was outed by Campbell, and after much hounding, arm twisting and God only know what Dr Kelly killed himself and Gilligan was fired by the BBC.
The mind boggles how Mr Campbell can post this tweet given his personal history. While the suicide of this young Professor is tragic, the death of Dr Kelly was a pivotal moment in the post cold war history of the West. There were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. Millions were killed for nothing. Trust in politics collapsed, financing the war triggered the financial crisis and the middle East unbalanced entered another decade of extremism and war, which in turn triggered the migration crisis.
Here's a guardian article on the death of Dr Kelly in case anyone is interested:

A woman walked into a police station in Tottenham in January last year. She had been raped in a car park. She had a broken collarbone. The officers ran her name, found a community order she had breached, and put her in a cell.
Consider what that took. Somebody had to be free to process her. Somebody had to key in her details, take her property, and walk her down the corridor. The Metropolitan Police had the manpower and the paperwork and the will to lock up a homeless rape victim on the same morning it decided her rape was too difficult to investigate.
They said afterwards she had given the wrong date once, that the car park had no cameras, and that she was hard to reach because she had nowhere to live.
In March, Carmenza Valencia-Trujillo, 53, was found dead. They arrested Simon Levy within days. They found his DNA on her body. They STILL did not open a murder investigation.
In August, Sheryl Wilkins, 39, was murdered in that same Tottenham car park. Then, and only then, the machinery moved. Yesterday a jury convicted him of killing them both and of raping the woman with the broken collarbone.
He had convictions for attacking women going back to July 2018. In 2022 he sexually assaulted a female prison officer while inside HMP Brixton. Between October 2023 and May 2025 he assaulted 10 more women on the Underground and the suburban lines, and for those 10 women he was given 6 years.
Every institution that handled him knew who he was, what he was, and the level of threat he posed to every woman who was unfortunate enough to cross his path. Not one of them treated it as urgent.
The polite version of this argument says our police are overstretched and doing their best.
They are not overstretched when it comes to the things they believe in. There is always an officer available for the man who posted something coarse on the internet, always a unit for the reassurance visit, always budget for the strategy, the action plan, the lanyard and the away day.
There is always a diversion scheme, always a report explaining that the perpetrator was himself failed, always a mechanism to let him out early because the estate is full. The money and the manpower exist. They are pointed somewhere else, deliberately, by people who have decided what the police are for.
What they are not for, evidently, is women with broken bones, who have been violated in the most deeply personal and abhorrent fashion; for women dead in a stairwell.
Well if you're not for those kinds of women, you're not for women at all.
This is a class with an ideology, and the ideology says that the criminal is a product of his circumstances, that punishment is a failure of imagination, that a force's reputation for sensitivity matters more than its clear-up rate, and that the one unforgivable sin in British public life is to appear harsh. Every part of that costs something, and the people who hold the belief never pay it. It is paid in women.
And to those who hold that ideology, their message to women. "We will sacrifice as many of you as necessary to ensure that our ideology is served."
They know the price. They will make you pay it. They have been making you pay it, case after case, for 20 years. Rotherham, Telford, Rochdale, the Angiolini review, and now a car park in Haringey.
It is written in a charge rate of 2.8% for rape and 4.2% for sexual offences, and in the plain fact that a man could assault 10 women on public transport across 19 months while the state looked at its phone.
Progress will double the police force, because 2.8% is what happens when nobody knocks on doors. Rape will carry a minimum of 10 years, and 15 where there are multiple victims. Sexual assault will carry a minimum of 3 years, so that 11 counts against 11 women cannot come to 6. Repeat offenders will face compound sentencing, so that a record running back to 2018 counts against a man rather than being read out as background. And we will publish these decisions, every one, so the next family finds out what was known and when without waiting on a watchdog.
Above all we will put people in charge of British policing who believe that the safety of its people is the first duty of the state, and that the rights of the law-abiding and innocent shall never be drawn to compete against the interests of the criminal.
We shall do these women honour, though it can only be too late. Carmenza Valencia-Trujillo was 53. Sheryl Wilkins was 39. The third woman has no name in any of this, and she walked into a police station bleeding only to come out in handcuffs.
They were sacrificed to an idea. We are coming for the idea.

👀This is a real GOTCHA moment.👇🏻When 52 year old Kellie Jay told Helen Webberley she wasn’t taking. HRT, Helen quipped,
“Oh, dear. I’ll meet you in 10 years’ time.”
Kellie asked Helen what’s wrong with her not having HRT hormones,
and Helen told her authoritatively,
“If you spend too much of your life without it, your bones are at risk, your brain is at risk of Alzheimer’s, and your vagina atrophies”.
Read that again… Helen voices ‘medical concern’ that KJK is lacking female hormones in mid life and beyond, yet she has no qualms whatsoever in robbing young girls of their female hormones for THEIR ENTIRE ADULT LIFE!
Even though she’s just listed the awful consequences! 🤯
This madwoman claims giving a child the sex hormones of the opposite sex works just the same as those their body naturally produces.
If that were true, why don’t doctors mimic the male hormone profile in the HRT they give to women?
The clue’s in the name - Because it’s hormone REPLACEMENT, and female hormones can’t be replaced with male ones, whether you’re 11 or 52!
