One thing we need to stop pretending is that religious freedom is equally enjoyed everywhere.
Christians can openly practise their faith in many Christian-majority and secular countries, but Christians in several Muslim-majority countries face restrictions on worship, conversion, marriage, church registration and public religious expression.
Look at Morocco, where native Christian converts face marriage recognition barriers that do not apply in the same way to foreign Christians.
Yet we're expected to pretend there is no double standard.
Religious freedom cannot be something you demand for Muslims everywhere but consider negotiable for Christians elsewhere. It must apply equally, regardless of whose country it is.
Morocco does not officially recognize or allow born-and-bred (native) citizens to legally identify or practice as Christians.
In practice, the legal and institutional framework only recognizes two native religious identities: Sunni Islam and Judaism. Because of this, anyone born to Moroccan Muslim parents is automatically categorized and treated as a Muslim under the law.
No legal Christian institutions for citizens: The official, registered churches in Morocco (such as Catholic or Protestant denominations) are legally reserved only for foreign residents and migrants. They are strictly prohibited from allowing native Moroccan citizens to attend services, be baptized, or join their congregations.
All native citizens (unless ethnically Jewish) are bound by the Islamic family code (Mudawana). This means native Christians cannot legally have a Christian marriage, pass on inheritances outside of Islamic law, or bury their dead in Christian cemeteries.

BREAKING: Nigeria: A Christian mother, Liatu Samuel Dawa, has been sentenced to 14 years in prison for the “crime” of evangelism.
Liatu shared her faith with a woman in Borno State who later converted to Christianity.
For that, Liatu is now behind bars and her family in hiding after Muslims threatened their lives.
The judge, A.B. Kumdila, imposed the harsh sentence.
This ruling is a gross miscarriage of justice.
The disgraceful action must be overturned and Liatu immediately returned safely to her family.

Between 2008-2010, I found myself in a group of people that used to say things like this.
One time, they told us you can send the Holy Ghost on errand to tell someone to bring something for you to the office instead of using your phone to call them. I tried it in my foolishness.
Another time they told us if you're walking under the sun and it's too hot you can ask the sun to reduce its heat. I tried it.
Another time one of us told us his friend got someone pregnant twice (this was a man of God as was the lady who was got pregnant) and he laid hands on her tummy and ask the Lord to take the child, and it happened.
When these things happen the response usually is "you can't argue with results"; but we can, if it goes against the written word.
I found out later that we were working with demons without knowing.
I left that group, but most of the folks in that group today have fallen off badly. Because you won't know where to stop.
You see these kind of teachings, when you start hearing it anywhere you are, please stand up and leave.
Even if it's me that is saying it.
You will be terrible in the future. I mean like psychosis terrible.
