Hilary Garratt, Deputy Chief Nursing Officer, England said: “As we continue to work hard to combat racial discrimination in the NHS, this new resource is designed to help every one of us recognise and challenge racial discrimination. In doing so, we look after our wellbeing, physical and psychological safety and that of our colleagues. “I encourage all nursing and midwifery colleagues, NHS organisations and leaders to use this resource to better understand how to effectively challenge racism.”
