Today, Arrivl was on stage at @AppWorks Demo Day with @RC6666 doing the honors. The demo went well and we were told our booth had the most traffic of the day.
Most founders came to our booth because their website traffic had collapsed and couldn't figure out why. The answer, in most cases, was AI agents crawling and answering for them while their analytics showed nothing.
So a lot of founders signed up to start tracking AI traffic and get serious about AEO/GEO on the spot. A surprising number of VCs also pulled us aside for meetings.
Not bad for a two months old startup. Honestly we’re still a little shocked.
Reddit karma hack nobody mentions:
go comment in live discussion threads!!!
I watched Euphoria finale last night went straight to the live discussion, commented my take → 600 karma in an hour.
Did the same with F1 race live threads, got hundreds upvotes every time
You don't even have to try. Everyone's riding the same high.
Timing is everything though, get in right after it ends.
We pivoted aura, now building @arrivlai - analytics for AI behavior on websites.
Your biggest visitor this week was probably Claude but nothing in your dashboard will tell you that. The web wasn't built for AI to read it, and your analytics weren't built to see AI reading it.
Mixpanel, amplitude, GA4, all of them track human on the other end.
Mouse, scroll, intent, hesitation...but an AI agent visiting your pricing page doesn't behave like a human, and shouldn't be measured like one.
If you can't see this traffic, you can't price for it, design for it, or sell to it.
Arrivl is the mixpanel for that traffic: who's visiting, what they're reading, what they do.

Most websites are still AI-invisible.
This took us an afternoon, not months.
Try Arrivl.ai if you want to win the new distribution channel: AI referrals
A founder friend was celebrating how ChatGPT finally recommends their product after 6 months of work to improve their AEO.
I'm starting to believe it can be much faster.
Last week we launched @arrivlai's website. Our visibility was 0 (very normal for a brand new domain). We spent a few hours fixing things up, and we're now at 55/90 on Cloudflare's agent-readiness audit. For reference, even Stripe is at 25/90.
Here's the wild part: it took an afternoon, not weeks.
We didn't discover some secret growth hack. A lot of "AI accessibility" is just making your site easier for machines to find and parse:
- Can crawlers actually access your content?
- Is the structure understandable without the visual layer?
- Are you giving agents a clean entry point to what matters?
Most websites, even big ones, aren't set up for this yet. If your product is great but AI can’t see it, you are leaving distribution on the table.
Cloudflare telling 200k sites to get agent ready is the starting gun for Agent Experience
The sites that win the next decade will be the ones measuring AI traffic today
Today, we are excited to introduce isitagentready.com — a new tool to help site owners understand how they can make their sites optimized for agents. cfl.re/4tgEUPc
The future of marketing will be completely different.
The interface isn’t a landing page anymore.
It’s a decision layer inside an LLM.
Your product doesn’t get “discovered.”
It gets selected.
Your onboarding flow was designed for a human clicking buttons
What happens when an AI agent tries to sign up for your product instead?
- captchas block it
- email verification loops it
- interactive tutorials confuse it
The first products that nail agent onboarding will have a massive edge.
We spend months perfecting UX for humans
But what about the AI agent that visits your site on behalf of your customer?
We're entering an era where your next "user" might not have eyes
Anyone thinking about this yet?
Did you know you can check if AI has ever crawled your website?
Go look at your server logs for these user agents:
GPTBot, Claude-Web, PerplexityBot
Most founders i talk to have never checked
What did yours say?
Agentic marketing is completely a different game:
– No scrolling
– No branding
– No emotion
– No impulse
Just:
Does this solve the task better than alternatives?
We’re in San Francisco attending @Jason’s launch fest!
Any solo founder here? send me a message let’s meet!
week 3 of letting aura run my content strategy
it's outperforming what i did manually and i'm choosing not to take that personally
my ai growth tool crashed while i was writing a post about how reliable it is
shipping in public means shipping your embarrassments in public too
We target technical founders and they don't really search for "growth tools" or "marketing software"
They're heads down building and figuring out distribution later, which means we can't wait for them to find us
So we go to them: find the lead on X, replies, starts relationships
That's our whole acquisition channel right now and the reply rate is sitting at 40%
