Decision models are moving into enterprise workflows.
That company data must stay private. Now it can.
Introducing the first private decision model, inside a TEE. Sage is now live on @near_ai’s confidential infrastructure.
Private decisions, at machine speed.
Replying to @SweatEconomy
yo team. are you planing to dump all $sweat coins from cold wallet?

The market still prices $NEAR like an L1 that missed its moment. It's 74% below its 2022 high
@Bitwise prices it as the chain AI agents run on, with a $155 base case for 2030. That's about 30x from $5.26
BlackRock's research paper "The Machine-Native Economy" describes the same outlook. Agents that find, buy, and pay for compute on their own
In the paper's words, agents "query real-time marketplace APIs to compare available capacity by price, performance, latency, location, and hardware specialization," then pay "on a per-use, per-model-token, or per-job basis"
NEAR already runs two pieces of that:
1. NEAR Intents: you say what you want and solvers route it across chains. $33.99B in volume to date, $4.84B in the last 30 days (DefiLlama), and its fee share has bought back NEAR since February
2. NEAR AI Cloud: private inference inside secure hardware, now a provider on OpenRouter, and running private sessions in Brave's Leo assistant
When I asked Matt Hougan on @MilkRoadDaily whether Bitwise's call was absurd, he said NEAR could 40x or 50x, and that "doesn't strike me as absurd if it actually executes on this vision"
His framing: Intents alone roughly justifies today's price, and the AI goal comes "like a moonshot for free"
For context, $155 a NEAR works out to about a $200B market cap. That's still below ETH's $298B today
Wall Street is already buying in. Bitwise's spot NEAR ETF launched Sept 29 and took in $35.5M on day one, which Hougan called "a Bitcoin ETF style success"
It's important to say that these price predictions are ambitious, and not necessarily going to play out in NEAR's favor. Ryan Rasmussen said their model assumes "a very high likelihood that this doesn't work out," and the bear case in the report is $1.63
If agents end up buying their own compute, the chain built around that job looks cheap at a $6B market cap
It's a risky bet, but the upside is a huge moonshot.
Full disclosure: $NEAR is a position in my Milk Road PRO portfolio. Our PRO team was early to $UNI (+54.8%), $AERO (+93.7%), and $SOL (+39.1%)

lol, even some L2s that are about to shut down still have more users than ICP. Honestly,is there any actual on-chain activity there?
lol, @NEARProtocol ignores the noise and works to amplify the signal of future commerce. You’re on the right path when a few depraved individuals use lies and contempt to undermine its progress. The future has always been Near.

Shitzu Cup Market 1 is LIVE 🐶🏆
A 2-day-old NEAR memecoin vs ICP's biggest DEX.
$IKP from @justhootfun paid ~1,440 NEAR (~$7200) to its holders in its first 2 days.
@ICPSwap made ~$2.3k in revenue all of last week.
Can $IKP holder rewards stay above 4x ICPSwap's revenue through Oct 31? 👀
⏳ Trading closes Oct 31, 00:00 UTC
💰 Traded in $SHITZU, counts toward the $500 cup

⚡ The only metric that actually matters:
🏆 Undisputed Winner of Shitzu Cup Market 1: SHITZU (NEAR) 🐶💚
While the "majors" bleed sideways, NEAR Protocol and SHITZU keep dominating and securing the crown. But keep looking at that ETH chart, I guess... 👀

Formal verification with private open weight models - cheap and avoids gets your code to be uploaded to Anthropic.
Results are comparable using @near_ai harness at fraction of the cost.
New on our Frontier Red Team blog: using Claude to formally verify software at large scale.
Formal verification can prove that code is free of certain bugs, but historically it has only been feasible for small codebases (or required a lot of expert time).
With AI models, however, this is beginning to change. In collaboration with @theoremlabs, we used Claude to prove security properties in over one hundred real-world open-source libraries over the span of a few weeks.

We are at Security Armageddon now.
A large part of internet is affect in some way today, lots of older software vulnerabilities are coming out and through those more software is getting exploited.
PHP systems like Wordpress power a big part of content websites. Malicious TLS certificates especially affect basic services and older codebases. Plus node.js, plus LiteLLM, etc etc.
Uncensored models are becoming a key to enable security defenses to keep up. Formal verification allows to improve on how things are verified but still requires smart models to translate between systems and make sure formalizations are correct.
We also really need to transition to models that involve cryptography where right now API keys and access tokens are used. Hosting platforms that can secure the software even from platform itself.
Meanwhile, update, patch, rotate.

What @ilblackdragon and NEAR team has built is a pragmatic solution which solves users’ problems “today” and such solutions win the users, technically perfect solutions win larpers (that too for a short time, you can never satisfy them for long)
This is craazy. I asked one of our PhD engineers to look into NEAR *Confidential* Intents wondering how they designed their system. Unredacted, word-for-word, this was his answer 😱😱😱
"Everything I found out about the privacy claims and confidential intents is so bad that it seems almost comical and I cannot believe what I am seeing. Apparently they run a completely separate instance of the protocol, which is called FAR (as an opposite to NEAR), and that has a permissioned operator set. The entire confidentiality claim seems to rest upon the fact that it is a permissioned chain and the nodes are trusted to keep things private, there doesn't seem to be any deep technology behind it and it also does not seem to be open source. The entities running the nodes are also not publicly known.
I almost feel weird writing this because it is so absurdly bad that it feels like ... I don't know ... a simulation? I know the usual level of overpromising in Web3 but this is so many levels beyond believable that it still feels unreal."

"Everything I found out about the on-chain AI claims, 'AIware' and the developer numbers is so bad that it seems almost comical and I cannot believe what I am seeing. Apparently the 'AI fully on-chain' they keep pumping is image classification, face recognition and GPT-2, models with a few million parameters, including MobileNet, which was literally designed to run on phones. One image classification takes ~24 billion instructions and ~10 seconds, and a dev who loaded a 110M-parameter Llama got one token per message. 'AIware' seems to be a new word for an app with a chatbot that answers questions about your data, there doesn't seem to be any deep technology behind it. They claim they will replace every piece of b2b SaaS software with AI slop, meanwhile their vibe coded DEX can’t get out of beta since 4 months. And the developer stats seem to count everyone who types a prompt into a no-code app builder as a 'developer', which is how they sell as 10x more developers than every other network combined. The actual usage metrics are also not public.
