Is it bullish when a competitor lies about your product to try to steal your customers? Today I was sent screenshots of a competitor's reps making things up to switch to their fintech. Our customers forwarded them straight to us. And of course, they're sticking with Altitude. Fintech is hyper competitive. Trying to steal customers is fair game. Blatantly lying isn't. It's unethical, it's immature, and it reflects a culture of dishonesty inside that company. Strongly believe trust is the #1 thing that matters for a fintech product. Without it, you have nothing. Booked a flight with @muse. Found me options, I told it to find me something cheaper, but still direct, same class, etc. Got me something $1k cheaper on a nicer airline. Then booked. Only flaw was it failed using @link and had to send it picture of my @altitude card.
