Will Kinshasa blame Rwanda for this shameless theft, too? While Tshisekedi’s court loots millions meant to fight #Ebola, the regime points fingers across the border to mask its own collapse. A government built on greed and lies cannot defend its people, it can only leech off them, putting continental health security at risk.

Today, Rwandan Peacekeepers serving under UNMISS in South Sudan joined the residents, community leaders, and IDP camp representatives of Malakal, Upper Nile State, for a joint Umuganda. Beyond safeguarding peace, the Rwanda Security Forces continue to export our culture of community solidarity and civic responsibility wherever they serve.

Under @LMushikiwabo, the @OIFfrancophonie gained strategic influence, real reform, and global respect. Continuance ensures vision, results, and strong diplomatic leadership for the entire Francophone world.
MADAM @LMushikiwabo DESERVES ANOTHER TERM AS SECRETARY-GENERAL OF LA FRANCOPHONIE! 🌍🇫🇷 Strong leadership deserves recognition, continuity and the opportunity to accomplish even more. Under Madam Louise Mushikiwabo’s leadership, the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF) has continued to strengthen its international visibility, diplomatic engagement and role in promoting linguistic and cultural diversity. She represents a Francophonie that is ambitious, influential, united and confident in its place on the international stage. Leading an organisation that brings together countries and governments across different continents, cultures and political backgrounds requires exceptional diplomatic skills, determination and a strong sense of responsibility. Madam Mushikiwabo has demonstrated considerable experience and commitment in carrying out this responsibility. My position is clear: Madam Louise Mushikiwabo deserves another term as Secretary-General of La Francophonie! At a time when the Francophone world needs strong diplomatic representation, continuity and a clear international voice, her experience deserves serious consideration. We need a Francophonie that commands respect, builds bridges between nations and strengthens cooperation across the world. Leadership, vision and continuity matter! Vive la Francophonie ! Vive l’OIF ! Vive Madam @LMushikiwabo !🌍👏 #LouiseMushikiwabo #Francophonie #OIF #Leadership #Diplomatie

What drove Kabila to join armed rebellion and take command? 🔴Joseph Kabila, the former Congolese president who once fought the M23 rebellion, has now placed himself at the head of a political-military coalition built around the same insurgency. Behind this dramatic reversal lies a bitter but only choice between death and life. 🔴On October 12, Kabila formally assumed leadership of the Front for the Refoundation of the Nation (FRN) at his residence in rebel-held Goma, the provincial capital of North Kivu. The new movement absorbed the AFC/M23 alliance, bringing together prominent rebel leaders, including Corneille Nangaa, Bertrand Bisimwa, and military commander Sultani Makenga. 🔴But the roots of Kabila's rebellion run deeper than the battlefield. The political rupture began after the disputed December 2018 elections, which brought Tshisekedi to power through an arrangement with Kabila's political camp. Their coalition eventually collapsed as Tshisekedi consolidated control over state institutions. 🔴“Kabila received a death penalty. He was in the region here (Southern Africa). When you have a death penalty on your head, your movement becomes restricted. The only place I think he could find refuge and be in security was in DRC. And the best place could only be the place controlled by the rebels, to be provided with security. Because being outside the DRC with a death penalty and being your government is looking for you, you have to find security,” said political analyst Claude Kabemba. 🔴In September 2025, a Congolese military court sentenced Kabila to death in absentia on allegations including treason and war crimes linked to the rebellion. Kabila rejected the proceedings as politically motivated. 🔴On April 30, Washington imposed sanctions on Kabila, accusing him of financing AFC/M23, encouraging Congolese soldiers to defect and attempting to organize attacks against government forces. These were U.S. allegations, which Kabila disputed. His security fears intensified after a March 11 drone strike in Goma killed French UNICEF worker Karine Buisset near his residence. Kabila later alleged that he was the intended target. 🔴In an interview with Conspiracy Tracker Great Lakes, recorded on October 23 and released on October 28, Kabila said he had initially believed dialogue could resolve DRC's political crisis. He argued that Kinshasa had closed political space, rejected meaningful negotiations, and chosen military confrontation instead. He presented taking up arms as a response to those conditions. 🔴For Kabila, the FRN offers political survival, protection, and renewed leverage against Kinshasa. For the rebellion, his name offers national recognition and powerful political connections. Read:thegreatlakeseye.com/post?s=…

Full panic mode in Kinshasa and Bujumbura! 🚨 Following major political shifts in the U.S. midterm elections, Tshisekedi and Ndayishimiye are scrambling. Years of squandering public resources on shadowy lobbyists, secret mining concessions, and funding proxy wars are finally catching up to them. With looming congressional oversight ready to expose shady backroom deals and mercenary-linked operations, their house of cards is collapsing. ellenkampire.com/2026/11/07/…

Leading an institution of #OIF caliber requires technical mastery and proven vision, not political patronage. Juliana Lumumba lacks the diplomatic competency to head the OIF, serving only as Tshisekedi's political tool against Rwanda. The Francophonie deserves real leadership.

Rooted in the values of the liberation struggle, the #RDF and #RNP embody what security forces should be: disciplined, dignified, highly professional, and deeply humane.
No matter where they are deployed, the #RDF never turns a blind eye to someone in need. This happened three years ago in Mozambique, when former RDF spokesperson Brig Gen Ronald Rwivanga came across a man with an infected foot and stopped to check on him. #RNP medical staff attended to the man, treated him and sent him home with antibiotics.
