When will we hear your thoughts on Star Trek 90210, @RealBigBoyBarry? Loved the new '60th' Trek intro and, for what it is, I quite enjoyed what I have seen thus far... Hard to judge on two very different episodes that had a lot of character/world building to (sort of) do.

Yes, 'tis a silly thing, but I launched gamestm (all the issues pictured were issues I edited, in fact), and I helped to relaunch Retrogamer at Imagine, having begged Darran Jones to jump ship to edit it. Happy memories... and lovely to see mags I worked on mentioned.

Woke up this morning to find us cut-off because - presumably - we haven't paid the full amount that we're not supposed to be paying in the first place. I work from home, as does my wife. She has spent hours trying to sort this out. What a total mess.

It's been totally shambolic since November, and I'm now expected to waste Lord knows how long on the phone to try to deal with their mistake and wait even longer to be reconnected because Virgin messed up. Great service, guys.

It would be great to get this resolved today. My wife has spent more than 4 hours on the phone and with some chatbot getting nowhere, despite repeated reassurances that it's been sorted. I don't really want to go through this all again, @virginmedia.

Classic @virginmedia. Agree a new bill for TV and Broadband on the 16th Nov, and they fail to adjust the price to what was agreed. Spend the next couple of months trying to get them to honour what they agreed (we have the contract they sent). They kept trying to charge us the...

Full amount, so we phoned them every time they tried to charge us. Was told, each time, that we absolutely would not be cut-off as it was their fault. Last week, we paid what we agreed we would pay (we refused to set-up a DD, because they kept trying to over charge us)...
