Today in Louisiana - testified on their App Store Accountability Act v2 - if passed, this will repeal the version the legislature passed last year before it takes effect. HB 977 is more expansive than the original and has an interesting link to the Louisiana DMV.

Don't believe that Digital ID and age verification is inevitable. The politicians and think tanks who advocates for it get ratioed all the time and there is no support for it in the replies. We are not propped up by money like they are. We can stop KOSA and save Section 230.

Everyone as soon as congress goes back in session we need to call our representatives and senators like lightning fast.. while at it also call Mike Johnson. He blocked the KOSA before in 2024 and stopped it form being in a government shutdown bill. Call him in lightning speed.

People are reporting a near internet shutdown in Russia. Devices are being physically searched for "illegal VPNs". Many apps that people use every day do not work, and the digital payment systems of banks are having major issues. All in the name of controlling the flow of information.
