we were made to separate our event equipment even though it was well secured and within your size and weight limits and only half has arrived in Palma for our event. No other airline has ever had a problem and to top it off there were less than 10 people on the flight!

@flybe the new @Ryanair. worst experience ever and the desk staff are a joke. expect a claim.
