Fixed to show how the ones found wild through normal gameplay Also excluded cross gens (as I would with other regions) By comparison the Hoenn equivalent of this list would only exclude Nosepass, Wynaut, Relicanth, Bacon, Beldum and the Regis (might be forgetting some)

all pokemon games are fundamentally flawed. They should give you all the pokemon tms and items in the game in your box at the start for objective nuzlocke scaling or whatever as to never feel like you have limited options
