I received a letter yesterday signed by @NPSOfficial_KE director yesterday about my complaint against @DCI_Kenya director daniel kandie alongside his officers tom otieno odhiambo and peter mugangai.
1) Letter requests me to come by their office for yet another report.
2) Sent from a gmail address but the letter lists a .go.ke email and government website.
3) Looks like other government agency letters I saw format-wise.
4) Signed by @NPSOfficial_KE Internal Affairs director Paul Mumo.
5) Lists the real NPS office address to visit.
Suspicious parts:
A) Why is the NPS Internal Affairs Unit involved when it is a DCI matter?
B) Why did they take 15 days to reply to an urgent complaint which was addressed to @IPOA_KE and @EACCKenya ?
C) Why do they request me to visit their offices on Oct 26 - a day later than the email was sent (yesterday, Oct 27)? Do they expect me to rush there to make it?
D) Letter is dated Oct 22 but was sent Oct 27.
E) They misspell their own officers, assign them to wrong offices (all work at DCI Regional HQ not Gigiri) and address me incorrectly.
There is clearly incompetence and utter dysfunction at government agencies.
This looks more than suspicious though.
No answer to my immediate follow up reply.

KSh 144 BILLION for Kenya’s National Police Service?
That’s equivalent to:
👮 408,000+ police constables’ basic salaries for an entire year.
💻 4.8 MILLION basic computers at KSh 30,000 each.
💰 Over US$1.1 BILLION!
Yet the real question is: How much reaches officers, police stations, investigations, equipment and public safety?
Where is the itemised expenditure? Where are the measurable results?

Criminal investigation into ogutu was picked up by Ombudsman & @ODPP_KE who called out the suppression of evidence by DCI for over 6 months.
Will @DCI_Kenya finally do something
Will he finally face justice?
1️⃣ In Kenya, threats to kill are a felony under Penal Code §223, punishable by up to 10y imprisonment; obtaining property/money by false pretences with intent to defraud falls under §§312–313, punishable by up to 3 years.
2️⃣ Cyber harassment under Computer Misuse & Cybercrimes Act §27 can carry up to 10y imprisonment and/or a fine up to KSh20 million, where the statutory elements are proven.
Interestingly a well known public figure tried to mediate over the past weekend.
But ogutu said he is not interested because he got defamed. So why didn’t he take me to court then?
He paid DCI for 6 months, I didn’t stay quiet & kept pushing, and now he’s the victim?
Typical sociopathic playbook - harm others, and when accountability comes they cry out victim.
Now he has no money left because DCI asked for so much to suppress case since it went public?
There’s a European saying “once the reputation is ruined completely, you live completely unfazed.” Since there are no consequences for the Kenyan elite, he probably lives openly shamelessly now.
Remember how ogutu told me to “go back to your country, Kenya is my country” while he sends all his six adult children to live & study in Europe & US.
Complete hypocrite.
Elites in Kenya get away with everything but we will eventually catch them.

There is a generation born between 1965-1979 called the gen x ,that doesn't get the recognition they deserve as the architects of the problems Kenyans are facing . This is the generation that found 100% university funding and ready government jobs . This are the people who were hired into the civil service with just form 6 certificates .
This people are fiercely tribal , corrupt and religious at the same time . This people climbed the ladder and cut it below them to make sure nobody climbs it. With the help of millenials they have made existence unbearable to everyone else. This is the generation that will not leave a job even if they become billionaires .

The bill passed by Parliament seeking to bar the media from livestreaming election results must be overturned!
We cannot let this slide. What they are doing is creating a situation where IEBC officials could show up with results that cannot be independently verified or accounted for.
How will the 2027 election be free, fair, and verifiable if they seek to undermine media freedom in the process?

I see broadbased bloggers declaring, “I have lost all respect for Sifuna because he met Rigathi Gachagua.” Since when did you support Sifuna?
You support William Ruto, under whose administration young Kenyans were abducted, maimed and killed, yet you want us to believe that Sifuna meeting Gachagua is what offends your conscience?
When our young people were being brutalized, Gachagua who was the Deputy President held a press conference in Mombasa and publicly condemned what was happening. You cannot conveniently erase that while defending the administration under which those atrocities occurred.
I keep saying that the bell rang in 2024. That is where we drew the line. Wasn’t it Ruto who pushed the Finance Bill, while Gachagua opposed it? Who defended the brutality unleashed on our young people, and who spoke out against it?
Also, on the issue of Baba, does Gachagua even come close to Ruto in the attacks and insults directed at Baba, even as late as 2023, beyond the issue of kuweka mitego State House?
Spare us the selective outrage. You cannot support Ruto, who continues to defy our Constitution, the very thing Baba stood for, you cannot continue to support Ruto, whose administration has overseen the killing, maiming and abduction of Kenyans, while acting as though meeting Gachagua is an unforgivable offence.
