If and when it makes sense, it could be distributed aka blockchain. But only if necessary.
Concept incorporates my nearly 15 years of working with blockchain. Need for a distributed ledger must to arise first before implementation.
Opposite of blockchain now which in most cases puts cart in front of horse as scams (no matter initial intent).
