>Roblox scrapes the bottom of the barrel for usable 3D models. >Finds horse cock dildo >Keeps digging for more
Roblox is accused of scraping 145.5GB of 3D models, including 62.6GB of adult content from Open3DLab and two related sites. Open3DLab says the crawler downloaded files from 712 projects, 345 of which contained adult content. The crawler allegedly: • Scanned almost 19,000 projects • Made more than 26,000 requests • Ignored robots.txt and the sites’ rules • Identified itself as being used for “3D foundation model research” • Carried an email address belonging to a Roblox researcher

To clarify a recurring question; we don't use Cloudflare because we try to remain somewhat independent when it comes to our infrastructure. It's a great service, and would save us some money too, but we have our core values.

How about you actually make some good games, and proudly disclose that you used AI to do so? If you're too much of a coward to disclose AI use, you're never going to normalize the use of these tools. Let the free market decide that your product has value.
Tim Sweeney is criticizing Valve again over Steam’s requirement for developers to disclose their use of generative AI. The Epic Games CEO called the policy “abhorrent,” arguing that developers are being forced to make a “political statement” that could be used against them by a “hate mob.” Sweeney has been criticizing the policy since 2025, previously comparing the disclosure to a “Scarlet Letter” and arguing that AI will eventually be part of almost every game production process.

The Epic Launcher is such dogwater, it's unusable on its number one platform; Windows 11. It may boot in 5 seconds, but switching between Library, Unreal Engine and Fab also takes 5 seconds. Doesn't matter if it boots in 5 seconds if it then proceeds to preform like molasses.

FEX is going to be huge and Valve is right there at the right time.
Qualcomm just made a major Linux commitment for Snapdragon X2. -Official Linux Early Developer Preview -Debian support targeted by end of 2026 -Ubuntu certification targeted for H1 2027 -Freedreno / Turnip / Rusticl GPU support -Hexagon NPU support through FastRPC -Upstream kernel + driver development -HP, ASUS + HUMAIN planning Linux support in Q1 2027 This goes well beyond just getting Linux to boot.

pay attention to the handheld PC scene to understand what VALVE is about to do with VR headsets.
Steam Deck's biggest win wasn't hardware, and modern Windows handhelds prove it bit.ly/4rKV9EB

I don't care if chatgpt's alignment is a white, black or grey hat - this company's leadership should go to jail for the crimes it inadvertently instructs its products to commit.
Probably they hacked the Australian government as a marketing stunt

It's not about VR. It's about FEX. It's a proving ground for Windows PC games on ARM Linux. This headset was meant to target a lower price, to launch under different market conditions. I think the point is making your Windows PC steam library portable, and VR's latency target was a good goal to shoot for. Valve will be fine without your purchase. Don't buy one unless you want one.
I've cancelled my pre purchase for the new Steam Frame. I'm sure the mark 2 will be released in a year or so with OLED lenses, better battery and better latency, oh and better sound. haha yeah a lot to improve on, I think. Such a shame considering my Valve index was the bench mark for so many years. after 7 years I was hoping for a lot more.

Our @SubscribeStarA page was hidden from the public late last year with little explanation. Existing subscribers are still paying and receiving benefits. But there is no word on when service may be restored for new subscribers. It would be nice to know *why* service was shut off, and *if* it will ever be restored.
so i posted a 6 page mom/son taboo comic on SubscribeStar yesterday but it "did not pass moderation" it looks like they updated their content policy to no longer allow close family relations these content restrictions are why so many NSFW creators left Patreon for SubStar

This is a larger problem than people posting alleged incest comics, because there is no clarification on what Smutbase did wrong as a platform. We have content policies in place, pretty strict rules, and operate as a resource sharing platform rather than a porn site.

Or, the guys got on a phone call and decided it was time to let the government crown them kings of the legal AI oligopoly, excluding the competition using claims of national security.
Something clearly happened with a frontier AI model that hasn't been made public and it spooked them so much that it made Elon Musk, Dario Amodei, and Sam Altman all simultaneously agree to slow down.
