I’d say Khalil Mack. He has the best price to productivity ratio. Would only cost you a fifth round pick most likely, and his contract is 6 million. The other 2 might be better players, but they would command more draft capital and have a higher salary. The Bears need a rental, this defense isn’t going to get drastically better until the off-season.
67 points in his first 3 games as a Bull!
He is just as advertised! A BALLER! #SeeRed
This Bulls team fought till the end!
At one point the Wizards had a 21pt lead after halftime. The Bulls in the past would’ve just phoned it in.
But this team fought till the very end! And as a fan, I appreciate the hell out of that!
We are a young team, and while I don’t expect us to win a lot of games, I need this energy every game!

The thing that isn't talked about enough with this 2026 Bears team is the fashion of winning.
In 2025, they trailed in 7 of their 11 wins at some point of the game.
So far, in 2026, the Bears have not trailed at any point in any of their wins.

Football chants have been a part of football history since the beginning of time, and I’m glad Ben Johnson is bringing it back.
I’m positive Ben Johnson was skeptical when his coach did the chant to him the very first time but he also seen how it brings teams together.
It took a lot of bad seasons, turmoil, bad coaches, bad QBs to get to where we are right now.
We’ve truly come a long way! 🐻⬇️
NFL: “We are all for NFL players’ safety”
(Player takes safety measures)
NFL: “HOW DARE YOU? WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?? HERES A FINE!”

If you were Ryan Poles, which of these Defensive Linemen would you prefer to go after at the deadline?
- Jeffrey Simmons (TEN)
- DeForrest Buckner (IND)
- Khalil Mack (LAC)

I’ve defended Ryan Poles ad nauseam for a while now. I think he’s done the right thing building the offense first and making sure Caleb and Ben have everything they need to succeed.
Now we’ve officially reached the point where we need to attack defense the same way we’ve attacked offense. We need to get at least ONE defensive piece to help us out.
It doesn’t need to be Jeffery Simmons. Khalil Mack, Josh Sweat, or even Buckner would be just fine. At this point, even a solid CB to take snaps from Jaylon Johnson would also suffice.
The Chicago Bears NEED to make a move at the Trade Deadline for the defense!
We need to be able to generate consistent pressure on the opposing team’s QB.
Plus I would also consider making a move for a CB as well to bolster up the secondary.
We have the team to go far, and in order to make that happen we need to be aggressive!

Never heard of these cleats so I googled it.
“Caddix cleats are specialized athletic footwear designed with patented SmartStuds™ technology to reduce non-contact knee and ankle injuries—such as ACL tears—by minimizing excessive rotational torque on turf and grass fields”
They are kinda ugly but sounds like a great concept if they work.
The CEO said he would pay his fine.
NFL do better.
