الديموقراطيين كسبوا الكونجرس، والسوق في الأول استقبل الخبر بشكل إيجابي جدًا
وبعدها بيوم واحد بس حوالي 3 تريليون دولار اتمسحوا من سوق الأسهم الأمريكي
بصي على الـheatmap وهتفهمي لوحدك
أكبر شركات الـTech والـAI تقريبًا كلها اتضربت، والـsemiconductors أخدوا الضربة الأكبر
أنا شايفة إن الموضوع مش مجرد panic selling
واضح إن السوق بدأ يعيد حساباته بعد فوز الديموقراطيين
لأن لو هنشوف regulations أكتر على الـAI، وتشدد أكتر حوالين الـdata centers والـenergy consumption والـAI infrastructure، فده ممكن يغير الـnarrative اللي السوق كان مسعّره من فترة.
الـAI trade كان ماشي على أساس إن الإنفاق هيكمل يكبر بشكل جنوني.

What if you could get exposure to a private company before it ever reaches the public market?
That’s what caught my attention about the new Pre-Access campaigns available through @BinanceWallet and hosted on @PancakeSwap
The important part is understanding what you’re actually getting. A Pre-Access Token does not mean you own shares in the company. It’s a tokenized third-party product designed to give eligible users indirect economic exposure to a private company or related asset before an IPO
And this creates an interesting pricing dynamic
The subscription price is not necessarily the future IPO price, and the implied valuation is not necessarily the valuation the company will receive once it enters the public market. Even after an IPO, the Pre-Access Token could trade at a premium or discount to the underlying stock depending on liquidity, supply and demand, lock-ups, transfer restrictions and the structure of the product itself
I also like the way the access layer is structured. Binance Wallet acts as the technical access point, while the campaign and token sale are hosted on PancakeSwap, with the underlying product handled through the relevant third-party structure

الاقتصاد الحقيقي أعقد بكتير من إنه يتحجم في معادلة واحدة عشان كده الاقتصاديين اخترعوا الـ Economic Models
بيجيبوا متغيرات زي (الأسعار، الفائدة، التضخم، والطلب) ويحطوها في نموذج مبسط، مش عشان يتوقعوا المستقبل بنسبة 100%، لكن عشان يفهموا العلاقات ويجربوا سيناريوهات مختلفة قبل ما تتطبق على الأرض
ونفس الفكرة دي هي الـ Backbone للـ Crypto تحت مسمى الـ Tokenomics
في الـ Web3، النماذج الاقتصادية دي هي اللي بتحدد شكل المشروعات:
• Bonding Curves: لتحديد السعر آليًا بناءً على العرض والطلب
• Emissions & Burning: للتحكم في معدلات التضخم وضخ التوكنز
• Liquidity Pools: لخلق سوق متزن بدون احتياج لوسيط
بس فين المشكلة؟ ⚠️
أكبر خطأ بيقع فيه مصممي الـ Tokenomics هو نسيان قاعدة اقتصادية ذهبية: "النموذج بيعمل Simulate للواقع، بس مبيقدرش يتحكم في السلوك البشري (Human Behavior)
مهما كان الـ Model بتاعك عبقري على الورق، أول ما الـ User Behavior يختلف، أو يحصل Panic Selling، النموذج بيبدأ ينهار (ودا اللي شفناه في مشاريع كتير زي الـ Algorithmic Stablecoins)
الـ Model مش بلورة سحرية، هو مجرد بوصلة والـ Tokenomics الناجحة مش هي اللي معادلتها معقدة هي اللي معمول حساب الـ Edge Cases والسلوك البشري فيها.

Tokenization is one of the best ways for countries to "raise money", or attract FDI (Foreign Direct Investment).
Which country/company won't want to sell their (tokenized) stocks to everyone in the world?
I support tokenization on all blockchains. While this creates the "fragmented liquidity" problem, it is the fastest way to grow the sector, with multiple players pushing.
Fragmentation can be somewhat addressed if there is high interchangeability amongst different issuers, which is important.
Honestly, this is a pretty interesting
